@@BariTaleCoaching I'll be sharing a series on my channel starting next week, I'd love to have you as a sub!! Im at day 10 now and doing tons better!! Days 2-5 were the worst but even they were totally bearable.
Hi Chels , I’m a NY gal, in Long Island now. Had surgery post op sleeve March 1st-literally 2 days ago! This was fun I’m gonna have to check out some of those spots. Freaky Tiki sounds fun. Right now I’m in bed recovering ❤️🩹 my surgeon had to also do a hiatal hernia repair while doing my sleeve so I’m sore. I’m enjoying my Bariatric Advantage chocolate protein shakes tho. So far no puking, lots of peeing 😂 u had me cracking up with the leg clap over the tights 😂 I’m gonna order fab fit fun box once I am up and functional again
Dawn, welcome to the other side! How’s recovery going? I’m so glad you’re resting and hydrating and getting that protein in! You’ll be up and running again in no time but make sure you rest ok? A FabFitFun is something to look forward to! ❤️
@@BariTaleCoaching yes girl lol I thought of u lastnite …ASSPLOSION ! Not fun idk 🤷🏽♀️ why the choc Bariatric Advantage didn’t agree with me lastnite lol. I was only 20 steps from the bathroom 🚽TMI LOL 😂 I feel much better today and have my first post of tomorrow and will start stage 2. I ordered everything to be delivered to my home. The farina, strained cream of chicken soup, etc. will start all my supplements too! Thx for your encouragement and u taking all the time to share your experience it means a lot to me this was a big deal for me but I been ready. Happy I took this step.
So I just watched this video because we'll... Life, and I also just got to open my FFF box! I forgot what I picked, wildly enough it's almost the same as yours 😂 so here's to being a Chelsea, an Aries, and a travel lover ❤
Thanks for showing us your fun travels and what you eat on them! Do you feel like this long after surgery you are still thinking “must have more protein” like they tell you before and after surgery, or do you feel like you are at a place where you instinctually get enough without using bandwidth for it? Like will it change or is it something you will need to be intentional about for the rest of your life? I’m hoping it will become second nature but lots of people are saying it has to stay intentional the rest of your life but I’m in the stage still where they are pounding it into me and my brain is super loud about it which I know is good for now and the next few years but hope it wont have to be so loud the rest of my life:/
This is such a good question. I think at this point, I instinctually know AND my body will tell me (I’m tired, can’t poop easily, vapidly hungry, etc). I’m intentional about it to the point where it’s just a habit, but I also don’t worry about it anymore. It’ll quiet down with time, I promise!
Hey girl!! ❤ Love the video as always, giggling at your mesh hoses in NY as I'm laid up 3 days post op from my tummy tuck and thigh lift!! ❤❤❤
How did it go?! I’m so nosy. I want to know everything about these procedures!
