You remind me of when I was your age. Full steam ahead, nothing scares you, your confident and brimming with talent. I am saying this of you, not me, my time is passed. You will have great success! I'm proud of you!
Like how you show actual work being done rather than how some say their taking interior out then show after it's out. Makes the video more interesting.
Great Video! it's super informative to see a whole teardown like this. You have a lot of work ahead of you to fix all those body panels but i'll be here to watch it all! Keep it up!
Looks like the damage was from going through a fence or the guide wire on a highway shoulder. That's what I have seen before on cars with similar damage. Great to see young people working hard to make a living! Keep it going!
Too bad I totaled my SRT392 Charger a year before you picked this thing up. The sunroof was in perfect shape. The front and passenger side weren't however. Mount the hood on the wall. Keep it a sunroof car or make it a sunroof/interior delete drag stripper. Keep up the good work!
Thanks for doing these videos, it is a real learning experience for us watching you.. You did pretty good the first day with all that you got off the vehicle. Cudos to ya.
Hang the hood on the wall. That would look awesome! Don't get rid of the sunroof. That is one feature that wood be great. You don't see too may hellcats with sunroofs. Don't get rid of those parts, like you said for weight reduction. These hellcats are awesome the way they are.
vTuned Garage is almost like a chop shop. Very fast, Finger Nails are as tough as body panel pry bars, and SAVAGE ASF!!! Good job with the Demo work. I hope you replace the entire roof. I would like to see how that skin is removed and put back on. At least there are a lot of body parts available in Junk yards for Dodge Chargers!
Definitely go with sunroof delete, it will eliminate possible future leaks plus add some rigidity to the car and look better. I would hang the hood it will be a cool shop decoration. Good luck with the build I really like your RUclips channel. Peace from CT.
Not sure why leaks would be an issue with a replacement sunroof roof, as long as it's original and damage free. If he tried beating the damaged roof back into shape, that'd be another issue altogether.
New subscriber here. You do things correctly, no short cuts, much like another channel in a neighboring state. Hope you guys can patch up your differences.
@@yamantarakji And maybe some background music, and when tha "fast part/Timelapse" just tune the music up. instead of just cut the music off when u speak
great work on the strip down looking forward to the re install. RE the sun roof how about a full Panoramic roof OR cut out as much metal as possible and go carbon fiber roof trunk and hood?
Maybe anyone say that any other group is better than him but everyone should agree with the thing that he's specialized in some kind of work that could build more interesting custom builds.
Looking at how much work Ben has to do to it, I'm not surprised the insurance totaled it. If it were me, I would have used Bondo on that A pillar, but vTuned likes to weld, lol
Your badass dude and do awesome work ! Also unhook the battery like everyone else trying to scold you so you don’t set service codes for the blown curtain airbags.
Nice job on the tear down and nice video! I would recommend safety glasses cutting out the glass. When I worked in my dad's shop, my cousin got a piece in his eye doing something similar.
You can fire up some pancakes when your done removing glass with that spatula. Ever have issues breaking glass with that tool? Interested to see the roof removal and replace.
Keep the sunroof only thing I wish my hellcat had, when driving faster with the windows down in the cat you really get hit with that air unlike driving an suv. Keep the sunroof you’ll be able to hear the pops of the exhaust better with it open :)
Save some money and make things a little easier on yourselves... skylight delete. Progress is coming along nicely, I'm interested to see how you do the roof and pillar repair/replacement.
VTune that was great progress today on the tear down! Your method of removing the windows is about the most efficient I have seen! Was the front glass gouged up on the passenger side edge? This Hellcat will be a beast again before too long! Thanks for the excellent content & video. Oh by the way will you be posting the California Special later on? That will be an interesting build as well!
You should do one of those awesome custom paint jobs where its like black first layer and blue or green on 2nd layer so its looks black at one angle and blue or green at another angle. You should do a pulley change and other mods to get it to 1000HP.Agressive wheels very wide in back.
Man Vtune this video is really 🔥 dude. Good job man. Looks like u got them edit skills down. Something I don’t know shit about! Lol. I hope your buddies down the street helped you out. Great build again man!
Wow, the quality improvement to your videos was crazy fast! I enjoyed them while they were still raw but this is a better quality video than youtubers with 20x more subscribers and it only took a handful of videos to get this good. Cant wait for more! I say delete the sunroof.. Is a roof w/o one an option since you are already replacing it? I think it would add value to someone looking for a more sporty Hellcat.
Great video guys! Are you for real on the parts! How much for the two rear seat belts left and right, mine stop retracting for some reason, having a hard time strapping down my kids ☹️
Maybe throw in a bit more sound with your video editing. It's a tad weird when its so quiet and you're just watching you carry a seatbelt or panel in silence for a prolonged time. Loved seeing how you took the front and rear windows out. Super efficient. Mad props there. With the sunroof, why not just replace the glass? The motor and mechanisim still looks straight as it sat between the liner and the roof. Saves the effort of welding in a roof and all the associated time and BS that goes with it. I personally hate sunroofs and never open them in my car, but I'm in Australian weather, heat and humidity so thats fair enough (think Florida heat), but people love the selling point and wank factor of a sunroof and I imagine so too in the northern hemisphere.
Since the sunroof carriage tray seems fine I would just replace the glass in it. I believe that glass piece comes as one unit and can be installed in the carrier. I would replace it and put it back on the car.
You have changed my life! I will never remove a windshield with one of those stupid draw knives again!
Samuel Foote are you making it cool

Solid gold tip on the zip lock bag and sharpies! 👍
Keep up the good work. Making us car guys proud. Younger generation is kicking butt. Love it
Like how you show actual work being done rather than how some say their taking interior out then show after it's out. Makes the video more interesting.
You a good guy Vtunes the way you help the goons but now its great to see some of your rebuilds from start to finish
DAMN BROTHER it pays to have a body shop. You have that passion with working with your hands. Thanks for all the great videos keep them coming
Great Video! it's super informative to see a whole teardown like this. You have a lot of work ahead of you to fix all those body panels but i'll be here to watch it all! Keep it up!

Yeah looks like catch cable damage.
We call the cable barrier in the middle of the hyway the cheese shredder
Great video! I like the electric spatula for breaking the seal on the windshields. Going to have to get one of those.
You guys don't play around. That was awesome!

Damn! You guys are fast. Just under 14 minutes to strip that car down. Must be pounding the energy drinks...lol. Great video.
Having the hellcat hood mounted would be awesome! I would love to see this thing race a hellcat challenger when it's done!
Good job guys . totally blown away by your knowledge and determination. Keep it up!!

Those camera angles, vacuuming of the carpet really made a big difference in this video.

I really wish i have a garage of my own. I love the teardown of the hellcat and i can't wait to see what you guys come up with...
Im surprised at how well you guys took things apart. Good team work. Seemed like you knew what you were doing.
Plz do not sunroof delete. Nothing beats a tilted sunroof

Damn you guys don't mess around, great job and awesome video.
Nope we don’t I want to be at the drag strip in 2 weeks!
Great job guys ...all you need is the sunroof glass replacement
Sunroof delete, sell all the interior parts if you`ll go with carbon fiber hood and weight reduction, btw. that cutting tool is fire
Excellent job on the editing. You’ve come a long way in just a couple months.
I would suggest not to use transitions on every cut, I know I've done that before, but try to use jump cuts, they are more natural

Crazy I saw that car Get Wrecked at the track when it skidded into the fence and hay bales....
Is there video online somewhere?
Is there. Avide ?
He might be getting it mixed up with Goonzquad's Viper that was wrecked on the track at Road Atlanta

Good job with the build, and your editing is getting better!
Thanks yea slowly but surely improving!
