Back then that was the only real Wombo Combo but these days though, yeah your description is accurate. Just search "melee wombo combo" for the original. It's the first result there

My experience with Joker. Considered best fighter in entire game, gets a couple wins, gets 60% of fails, across all compilation videos. Totally doesn't help that Joker took the longest of all 5 dlc characters (even Byleth, who is slow as f) to take down a CPU 3 opponent. How's that for "guaranteed win", huh?
roycast56 I tried out all 5 dlc fighters. He took 3 and a half minutes for me to kill a CPU 3 Wario. After I practiced against CPU 7 random enemies in preparation for the event I went to. Every other dlc fighter took less. And the funniest part was that Hero was my best fighter. Which is funny, since I don't consider myself lucky or unlucky.
roycast56 I tried him against a player in the tournament, got 3 stocked. Meanwhile, I win a huge number of games as Hero. That meant a few things. A, Joker is useless without Arsene, B, Joker's side Smash is the worst in the game by a flippin' mile, and C, somehow Hero is my absolute best fighter despite having never practiced beforehand. I was pleasantly surprised by the third point.

Snake put a c4 on charizard. So when charizard did his throw snake detonated his c4 when they were in the top platform. Charizard didn't die because he's invisible during the throw but the person he's throwing is not.
