@alexk8792 correct. Supposedly, this was meant to be Fei Yens official theme until they decided not to use it because of copyright infringement. And since the Fei Yen ingame is a simplified version of the original that 'disappeared', they gave the theme to it.
I hope that's the case myself. I did gather some info that the drama CDs were originally meant to be OVAs. Unfortunately the OVAs had to be changed into drama CDs instead either due to time constraints or losing the animation during production.
