Hello NoiseFaktory! Did you receive documentary evidence about the replacement of the battery? Here in Mangalore, the service centre informed my friend of the replacement of his car's battery. The battery was having the issue of draining faster from 25% SOC. After several weeks, the issue resurfaced. The service centre again promised to replace the battery the second time. This time the service centre provided my friend with a document mentioning the battery identification details, and tracking details: tracking of shipment from Tata Motors to the service centre. My friend then realised that the first 'replacement' never happened!
It's really true bcz the two wheeler also coming with tata battery and having the same issue with battery which was draining fast.First time they had not provided any document but 2nd time they provide a refrence no which messaged me from tata..........I think there is some issues with tata Battery whether in two or four wheeler
Tata service center fixes one issue and creates new. I gave my EV for body work at the same Garve showroom, they painted and fixed the fender, but in the service center only they damaged the fender on another side.
Our problem was pre existing we found this a day prior it went for fixing
Can you share the contact details of the Tata person who coordinated for battery replacement. Here in Kerala, the showroom is saying it will take 3 months for battery to come.
TATA EV are consistent in battery changing 😂😂😂. Parents are always right. Mai bahut ro raha tha ki Tiago EV lunga lekin gharwale bilkul nahi maane. Mann maarke Altroz diesel liya. Lekin jo ye EV battery failure ka trend chalta hai on a consistent basis, I'm proud of my parents who saved me from these pathetic troubles.

Same happen with me in May where off car get locked automatically leaving key n phone inside only... RSA came n open door and 2nd time CAR IS ON N car locked ... THIS TIME KEY WITH ME ONLY STILL UNABLE TO OPEN DOOR WITH KEY N REMOTE..AGAIN RSA HELPED...OPENED DOOR .. BUT LATER SC CHANGED LATCH OF DOOR..NOW ITS WORKING FINE

is it full battery replace or the inside cell replace. Can u check with the authority please.
It's full battery as opening the pack to replace cell can hamper the ip rating of the pack
Hope the snap of old & new pack serial no. with manufacturing date is taken for reference .. also thanks to make new video once the test is complete on the replaced pack .. the pack is new or refurbished ?

Battery issues are quite common in ev's.
General public should stay away from these vehicles.
Early adopters are facing more issues than benefits .
When the technology is in nascent phase general consumer should wait little longer.
Please confirm and ask video for battery replacement. I don’t think car batteries has replaced.

I had a hv critical alert on my Tiago ev on 23rd November, had to toe my car to the service center(Garve service center Tathwde Pune).
Today only I received a call from representative sayin that the car has a battery issue and needs to be replaced. I asked him the reson for failure of the battery but they didnt have the answer. They told me that the engineer will visit the SC and will check the battery for exact issue. And then the battery will be replaced. I asked him how much time it will take. For that as well they dont have any exact answer. They dont even have a loaner car to give. Can you please guide me on what I should do?

Say you have 1 year old car. And have this problem. And they replace with 5 year old battery. Then, after warranty, your battery is older than what it should be. Isn't it wrong on their part?

We called service centre guys only n they used a scale to unlock
They are not going to give money. If they do ,then it might just be a single case. They kept my car twice for a period of over 20 days. Even after telling how much i need my car, they never even once mentioned any kind of compensation. 2nd time they gave me a tigor after so may days of requesting. Daily i had to fill petrol of 1000rs until i received my car. 1st i thought to take my car in metro city where they could resolve issue with better knowledge. After seeing your videos, i am assured that they all are same. Now i just pray to god everyday that my car runs, coz i dont know wat else to do 😅

Aux battery issues
Claim from service center that they replace it twice.
Cluster panel replaced once as we get informed.
The problem of aux drained completely and cluster flashing , door locked ,car dead appeared regularly. Now we return the car at showroom and demanded compensation. Kindly guide me 🙏

Please make video on constant fast charging, as tata suggest give 1 slow charge after 4 fast charge. If someone want to plan for 1k plus kms what happen? In that journey if I use 6 or 7 fast charge what happen?

I had completed my 3k km trip from Pune to Hampi - Maysuru - Ooty returned to Pune via my hometown Hyderabad always did fast charging no issue i faced...

Hi noise faktory, could you tell how much percentage Tata.ev are having battery issue and is the failure rate higher in Tata Than other brands? Also could you make a separate video on the HV critical alerts and Battery replacements and explain in detail how many of them faced such issue and whether it was resolved and whether it was certain batch or is it a design issue?Such a video might assure future buyers of any risks...

@@NoiseFaktory it’s in service centre now. But now I have started loosing confidence in EV. My experience with their Road Side Assistance is pathetic (@nagpur). Their call center team took 50min to call back just to say that it will take 90min for towing vehicle (inside the Nagpur City).
That's bad they need to look into there after sales service and rsa otherwise people will loose confidence...

Garve is a ripoff service centre, I would never recommend anyone to service from them.
TATA cars are the worst in industry and quality wise..I own 3 TATAS but i came to know very late but i want to help others in their buying decisions not to ever look at TATA just bcoz of safety bcoz they have safety and good price and nothing else in terms of engine quality, good servicing etc..
