The Heat missing out on booker or maxey still hurts to this day

Missing on Maxey is the biggest fumble of the Jimmy era

Thats will always happen when team owners keep believing on those sportcasters doing the review on the draft . Most of them they dont know how to read players. Players are good if they fit on the team system.

when I lived in Colombia I watched a lot of high school games. There is a lot of talent out there that is not in the US. I emailed several college coaches but nobody ever responded with interest. I could have sent them film.

It’s been a long thought for awhile that 3-4 year college players were a lot less likely to bust and drastically undervalued.
Before the one and done rule when high school players were coming out and frequently going in the lottery and college players with multiple years of experience were going in the 20’s many noticed that the college players were more productive while the high school players were busting at a high rate.

I think teams will defiantly pay more attention to 4 year college players moving forward. Thanks for the comment, love to support !

Playoff teams should draft ready developed upperclassmen as most 19 year olds are not good enough to get pt and develop on good teams.

Drafting 18-19 year olds on pure athleticism that have not proven they can play is going to fail 75%+ of the time. I see these highly athletic freshman being drafted that averaged ten points per game on 43% shooting and I am like are you crazy. Right now other than a few players the NBA is unwatchable, great athletes that have no clue how to play the game or desire to learn.
