My 15 year old son, with a normally buzz cut, let his natural curls grow during the pandemic, and he shakes his head just like Nick! He loves his new long hair! You’re not alone, Nick!
Best late show on television, streaming, whatever.... the realness between the cast/crew is beautiful. I come away feeling really good every time I watch.
I think this is their way of telling us that “WE” (the YT watchers) have won the exec’s ear and know how much we love the opening act since no audience. We did it y’all!
This show has literally saved my life the past few months. I feel like I am one of the crew, laughing at the jokes too. It makes me feel a little less isolated, and we all need that right now!I love their personalities! Please keep this show going! And Nick, welcome to the curly girl club! Wear those curls proudly! :)
I agree with many others, that the show needs to be kept in this format .I find it is much funnier and has become my favorite late-night program!! Super funny!!
No matter how miserable life might feel sometimes, when I hear James and Ian banter (or hear anything at all from Reggie), I'll go to bed knowing the world is just fine.
Samesies! It’s like, how am I supposed to go to bed without James, Ian, and Reggie there to tuck me in, give me a good night kiss on the forehead, and tell me the news!?
I absolutely love this show and I'm going through them now and I hate that he actually retired I'm going to miss him so much but he's got other things in mind in his and he has a good reason until I had to leave
You don’t need an audience. Just keep introducing new staff members! It’s just so good and funny! Since the pandemic I look forward to these videos every day!
Another birthday to declare Nick is back, in a high chair with new cool lockdown hair Disneyland opens after a year California has covid free air Man in Porta potty scare Edible prom fashionwear Late late show is the best, I swear
here 2 weeks later knowing that nick’s enthusiasm has turned into him being so hilariously fed up with james and the whole crew just busting his balls the entire show that he flicks them all off
I can´t believe, that there are still people judging other people by their (non existing) haircut. Well done, Nick. Also, JC using Nick to do something about the elevator (improve his coworkers´ conditions). Here is an inspiring leader, one who is setting an example, elevating the bar.
I like James Corden and the whole crew ... and I like that James is not the kind of show host who want to stay all the time in the spot light himself, he communicates a lot with the band and the other crew members and gives them space. Today I adored his suite with the stars and the tie with the bee ! Very smart look :-)
This show has become my absolute favorite thing to watch lately! I also love how we get a bit of a peek of what goes on behind the scenes of a talk show.
In Asia, straight hair is more desirable.. I, as asian with curly hair, am struggling with self-confidence.. I love that Nick curly hair is beautiful and praised ❤️
Oh there's so much you can do with curly hair. Plus, people with straight hair often try to make there's curly. If anything, curly hair let's you try many different looks, you can straighten it with different products, you can do more elaborate hairstyles and much much more
I LOVE that CBS seems to take care of and care for their people! A couple of my old coworkers worked for their fire dept like.... 10yrs ago.... and they only had good things to say. I value a company that values its people
Read the room, Nick!!!!! Also do not let any change or let anyone else change the current, AMAZING format of this show. If there is a silver lining to the last year of horror it is that some of the best comedy, music, art, television... any medium, become a more relatable and human endeavor. Even rock stars are playing in their bedrooms, even talk show hosts on HUGE syndicated TV shows work out of a garage and then with a skeleton crew and then WE get to see all of that interaction. It makes me feel like I'm in the room, riffing with Green Day, or goofing with James and the gang here. It's so human, and so so funny because it's so casual. Also, it shows how much solidarity there is between everyone involved in doing a show like this, and how the world behind the show. Thank you all for this and just... Nick... Don't let them change format. Ever. It is perfect and countless other people have posted literally millions of comments every episode since this became the Late Late Show. And don't cut your hair, Nick. Soooooo much better now. I'm sayin
lol Rob is "The Man" lol that killed me! This episode had me dying laughing! The self deprecation is the best part of this show now! the show is 10,000 times better now I absolutely LOVE the new format!
The Senior VP of Late Night Programming looks like german actor and host Thomas Gottschalk's long forgotten half sized twin seperated at birth and raised by a jewish family in California. You may remember Gottschalk as the german cook with the Hartwurst / Salami in Sister Act 2 and if you didn't feel old yet...google when that movie came out ^^
Omg I can relate to curly hair. Because I have curly hair and I don't trust no one with my hair. Because a lot of people don't know how to cut it right.
I'm sitting at my desk laughing out loud, in tears. Nick!!!! I've got things to do but instead I'm searching for just one more clip....This is just waaaaaay to good!
Boss man Nick's arrival and having him sit in that high chair is just too funny even before you started talking about his hair. Then his before hair was a Mark Zuckerburg lookalike. Keep him on and in that chair!
I love this show so much! I don't have cable so got paramount + just for this show so I could watch the episode all in one sitting bc I hated having to wait so long between segments on RUclips... only problem I live in Washington state so I have to wait till so late I end up watching the monologue on RUclips then switch to paramount to rewatch it. Lol
@@Captain2Awesome I moved from Chicago to Tacoma right before the pandemic hit. It's so different out here and bc of the pandemic I haven't been able to meet anybody or go anywhere! I do love though seeing a huge beautiful mountain though when I drive around- then I remember oh crap that beautiful mountain is a deadly volcano! Lol
I'm sorry to all of my former late night hosts, because since covid; I am now a die hard fan of The Late Late Show with James Corden. The crew is just straight up funny.
I cant hear anything over the sound of Nick's glorious hair 😍

I have a crush on Nick’s smile. 😘
Nick's hair and smile are the CUTEST!
Lol
he could be Brian May >.
It's amazing how the show got funnier without audience. Just a bunch of friends having fun. You feel part of it!
Note to Nick - keep making this show THIS way. No audience other than staff and crew. It is SO much more fun this way.
I agree 1000%
I second that!
Just the staff!!!
Yes !! I agree
It's waaaay better this way

The audience is back so obviously we didn't do a good enough job.
Who else just randomly started watching james Corden and now it’s just an every day thing?
Yeah! Started during quarantine and now, just watching it during breakfast!
I am deeply saddened whenever it´s hasnt been on. The live banter is just the best thing!
I've been watching a few years but now it's on my morning list right after Colbert. It's so good without an audience!
Started at the beginning of lockdown and he and the group have become my favorite among all the late night shows.
James Corden and Howard Stern. That‘s been a revelation. I think they are the two best entertainers around.
The back and forth on this show cracks me up.
I'm glad the network appreciates how good the start of this show is!
Nick is adorable and needs to keep that glorious hair❤
Laura B. - I actually had to Goggle Nick Bemstein - I hadn't come across him before. Seems to have a great sense of humour.

They make so much fun of their BOSSES, it's great. And Nick was REALLY hoping "the news" was the right answer.

James is just that good.
Nick, you are accepted to the team😂 you had a hard interview
I am loving the show and the way it is right now
I’m HOLWING at this clip. “Know when to jump in nick... “ 😂😂😂this set up has actually been incredible.
Nick really said "I want to watch TV for a living..." and made it happen
Am I the only one really loving Dave’s laugh? It’s so brilliantly loud!
Corden is the best on late night tv. So genuine and naturally funny.
poor nick comes back and is just IMMEDIATELY ROASTED beyond belief 😂
Happy Birthday to the sexiest drummer in the world!

"Will you be going to Disneyland"?

Reggie laughing makes my soul happy!!!!! These get better every damn time!!!
I think the show should stay this way but still have live guests but it's more of a intimate sit in. It's almost like a sitcom at this point.
I'm so late to the party. Who else is rewatching these segments?
This is my go-to show every night 😍😆 cracks me up and makes me feel good 👍🏻
Great chemistry between these guys, just so organically done, please make no changes to this format
