Yes! It makes a lot of sense to use the same cab-signalling and train control system on both sides of the tunnel. And personally I find it great to have a Japanese built train run French cab-signalling and train control systems on a British network.

Oh yeah, I guess you are right, I should have used the DRA in this situation!
I find it interesting that while being built by Hitachi, it uses this system. Maybe it's because the chunnel exist.
