The tape is wrapped to prevent the scratches from drying out. When it dries, it burns before the wound heals. Protected to heal wounds quickly. It may be protected with a healing material, raffia, linen cloth, etc😃

手入れしていない、間延びした真柏がありますので
作ってみます。接木テープの外す時期はいつ頃ですか。

挿木しっぱなしのやつありますよねー。春には外すと思います。肉があがってきたらはずす感じです♨️そのままだと藻が生えたりしますからね、、、
後ろの鳥のオブジェ😆笑
真面目に質問😓 ここ数日の間にもみじの太めの挿木（土壌 微細の鹿沼＆赤玉のミックス）と もみじの大きめの山採り苗を多数（樹丈 ６０cm）と遊んでもらってます😁 挿木は路地にて越冬で大丈夫でしょうか？ お水は毎日です。 山採りさんは葉っぱ全刈りして針金かけて やはり路地にて越冬で大丈夫でしょうか？ 春になったら若葉がニョキニョキ出るのを楽しみにしていますが ハウスに入れるわけでもないので 不安(￣◇￣;)笑
寒い地域でないなら、地植えなら根の凍結もしにくいので、そのままで大丈夫だと思います😃モミジは葉がついている状態はそんなに寒さに強くないけど、冬芽作って落葉したあとはすごく耐寒性UPしてますので。風が強いとかだと風よけは必要だと思います
鳥さんはあそこを定位置にしています🦆
