My older brother has special needs and he needed a lot more focused attention during the day, but this was me and my moms special time to be together. So cozy and comforting

It's the first time that I see an asmrtist give a warning about lights that are not specifically flashing and offering an option to easily skip the section. I don't have any sensitivities, but I simply have a hard time imagining how a stark blinding light can be relaxing. It's really cool and considerate if you to provide an opportunity to skip for whatever reason
