if you want the actual recipe, i found the recipe on another video of the same smoothie. -2 cups frozen peaches -1 cup frozen strawberries -1/2 cup frozen rasberries -1/2 orange juice -1/2 milk -1 tablespoon of honey
Freeze your strawberries and blend with ice a tip of rose water or frozen banana heaven eat straight away or freeze as ice lollies. Home made is best nothing but real stuff.freeze any fruits to get your favourite flavour texture frozen bananas give the smooth ice cream texture if milk/sugar free even better for us for my family every thing is done as natural as possible.
