Did this before church today. Been awhile since I had done a faithful workout because I do more hit. But this workout was perfect in reminding me joy is in him and that joy and work for him creates fulfillment, so when I teach second grade girls about Peter building God’s church even after denying him…..I will remind them Peter did this knowing he would be sacrificed because of his joy in God and spreading the WORD. This is the video that started my workout journey with Michelle and Faithful Workouts! In 2018 I found this video on youtube and did it twice a week for many many weeks! Now, because of Michelle's awesome teaching and encouragement and because of the amazing help of God, I exercise everyday, don't eat any added sugars, and am growing closer to God, hearing His voice, and being filled by Him. Thank you so much Faithful Workouts!!
God guided me to this workout which was a challenge for me. I'm 69yo and He showed up and took me thru the work out. Some modifications were made, but I completed it. Hallelujah and I thank you ladies for your enthusiastic and spiritual delivery!!!

Wow... I did not realize I could modify the floor workouts in videos with a chair. Like alot of people I skip alot of workout videos, because as we get older getting up and down off the floor can be challenging. I am excited to modifying my floor workouts with a chair.:) Your videos are fun and inspiring, and of course LOVE the music, and what your company stands for. Praise the Lord Jesus Christ for your service to him. Godbless :)
+Rabbitfootie This is so great to hear! It is so true that a lot of people don't realize how many exercises can be converted. We have something for everyone because we know everyone deserves a chance to keep their bodies healthy!
Thanks for this great Zumba like workout. I enjoyed the fun as I moved right along with the 3 of you and the gentle way you brought God to our minds as we did something positive for body and soul. Will be working it with you girls again soon!

Thank you for this video (my 2nd one I've tried; my 1st one I tried was yesterday). This helps with my Brand New Me/my Brand New Life; Part of my Brand New Start for the rest of my life.
I've been led by Holy Spirit to really read and study the book by Brother Lawrence, The Practice of the Presence of God. God my Father is teaching me the way He has been leading me all along but in more depth of understanding, so that to love God is my complete devotion. To do everything in life from this love of Him. To not do anything for man, nor the everyday works that normally we think of doing for ourselves, but to only pursue love for my Lord from His Spirit. This is a process of becoming in tune with His Presence to love Him. To praise Him at all times and be content in His forgiveness of my confessed sins. This has taken away my insecurities of self, which have been sorely displaced. In loving Him, I gave my workout to Him, and asked for Him to be glorified in my body, soul and spirit. It was awesome to come from this place in my heart for Him! I pray the health of Y'shua to be in me, and His strength as well, that my life will glorify Him and not me! How freeing it is to be in love with my God!!
