What my buddy did to get power out of his 840 kit with an older carb bike like that was take the fuel injection system and wiring harness from a newer bike and ran it to everything got an ecu for it and his was truly making monstrous power. He exploded his front diff from the power a long time ago but still rides with only 2wd and he gets stuck less than me and I have a 750 with 30” outlaws on it. He’s got 32” outlaws but I don’t think that’s giving him that much more of an advantage without 2wd he just has fuckloads of power
@@YetiRacing helllll yeah my man! He literally built a fraken bike from the ground up. He also took the bevel and pinion gear from a teryx trans to get him a gear reduction and it basically wheelies on demand.
Its awesome we tried some new things to get here.. Its not there yet.. I still need watch time... We still aren't getting a ton of view's.. It'll change soon

You probably film with a go-pro, but you should try going live on RUclips sometime while you're riding to see how it works. Great job man! Keep making vids and I'll keep watching.

We did a benefit ride to raise money for his family a couple weeks later out at 10K. That was the last ride. We have been taking the boat out a lot and camping lately. Just picked up a houseboat and been putting money into that. We'll get back out there soon though.
Im 5 grand into n 07 that had a bad rear n front diff. The bike is a miracle it even runs lol i prety much overhauled it didn't rebuild the carbs yet but deff needs it. Has the aftermarket comp. And I'm about to take it out for the first time This Sunday it.

@YetiRacing yeah man I fought mine a while till I found that. You have to actually be looking for it. I inspected it when I built the carbs but it was so tiny, it was looked over.
Portals aren’t that much maintenance maybe every 6 rides change the fluids and get Keller ball joints and if you keep them greased they will never break

@@YetiRacing you buy the Kawasaki 750 teryx bevel gear like a 2007 or 2008 if I remember it was like four to $500 for parts if you do it just look up brute Force Kawasaki teryx bevel gear reduction there's a lot of info on the internet 🤘 best thing about it you don't even have to pull the motor out to do it
I bought a better used oem primary clutch on ebay for 185.. it had no grooves in the sheves.. epi pink spring... nothing special.. only use kawasaki belts.. only kawasaki bearings... spend a tiny more 1 time.. instead of parts breaking hours after you put them on for less money
3200 for the 07 750 atv, 2200 bpracing kit to rebuild with new jugs and pistons crank rods.. 1500 to a engine builber. 1k on tires and wheels. But the Snorkel radiator relocation hmf all came on it.. i bought. epi kit.. new/used primary clutch.. racing computer.. few small parts.. Buy a fuel injection bike that's my only advice for tuning.. plus they have power steering
I have the same clutch kit. Iv put over 1000 miles on it. I did it myself, and I'm more than happy with it... I think this guy just doesn't know what he's doing with his clutches...
The sheeves had deep grooves.. I got another used clutch that was much better.. and the main point kinda was don't use any other belt except kawasaki and a epi clutch kit.. isn't the same as clutch work from v force john.. he claims 93mph on a stock bike.. from the ground up is good also.. they claim to be even better... we are well rounded in the off road world... but I'm definitely learning a few things along the way
@@bikesforlife16 have u ever seen a gates carbon belt blew up... it looks like one of those cat tails exploded... are you running a kawasaki... your the very first person to say it's good.. if you ever need one I bought 3 from O'Reilly auto parts... they warranty... and I changed the clutch plus went with a kawasaki belt... between the 2 I have fixed our 2hr belt problem...

I will wash my belts when I get them to get rid of any factory dust or impurities, then I'll touch up my clutches with Scotch Brite... but I assume you'd do that, too. So I don't think that should make a difference tho

@@YetiRacing the teryx gear will help but must be installed correctly or will sheer. The turner 30% gear reduction in motor i only reccomend if you only mud and run 35s and up. I also reccomend the Sgroiinnovations.com 4x4 kit the oem actuator is trash

Man I can just hear the disgust in ur voice! Nothing worse than doing everything right after soooo much research and it not being what u expected! About to start a bbk, cammed ,ported polished 660 grizzly, hope to hell I don't have that tone in my voice when I tell someone about it!
It sucks but we are getting close.. Clutch work this month.. Then ill replace the cams from stage 1 to 3... And ill get a professional tune after the cam work.. 10k in the bike.. Its not quite right..
@@YetiRacing I'm not building as crazy a machine as yours! Im going with a stock raptor cam and KW raptor valve train, port and polish myself. I'm a ase mechanic and state certified, I build quite a few engines a month but car/truck engines. I've built a few power sports applications but not anything more than stock level rebuilds, that's excluding my 500 scrambler but I bought a stroker kit for that and bought exactly what was suggested to buy and it turned out very well...this is first time I'm deciding what goes in an engine.

I have a 916 big bore brute force build and it’s runs amazing and had over 3000km on the big bore no issues.

have you sync'd your carbs together using some mercury tubes. or what ever your style

My brute has dynatek cdi and hmf exhaust and was popping & crackling. Put in bigger jets and it runs amazing
