Story is partly correct
Actually Satish Wagle was best friend of Jaikishan Saab & had accompanied him to Delhi .. the tune & first line of this song came to Jaikishan’s mind while taking shower in his room in Ashoka Hotel .. He immediately called Satish , who was sharing the room with him & was present in the room & shared the song with Satish from inside inside the bathroom .. rest is the history
