It was 1987 i got into a bar to see him in my town. I was super underage haha. Cathy Mcdonald was there. Mr Baldry gave me is autograph. I sort of became his mascot for the evening. A few years later he came back. I was of age this time. I was shocked that he remembered me! By name even! Wow. We hung out and had beer and discussed music history. This time signed my “It aint easy” album. We was definitely a living legend and a piece of musical history! ❤

Saw this performed live in Halifax NS at the Palace, must have been 80 or 81 .. what an awesome performance, 2000 strong singing and dancing in the lounge.
