Please listen. I have done all the things he is talking about. Got married at 18 without understanding then again at 26 still didn’t learn my lesson and now at 40 I have lived it and it’s hard to get here on the other side . Please listen you can make a decision now that you must live with the rest of your life and your children do suffer although they can get through it... it’s not worth all the pain.
Good stay at home moms are more valuable than some realize. My son, ex Marine now a firefighter, told me he and his wife both valued their stay at hime moms so much that before they had baby Emmett they planned for his wife to position herself wirh a homebased business so she could be a stay at home mom too! What an honoring thing for him to say to me! I had health struggles that prevented me from working so I did my best with my kids and all their friends...what a payoff!
Don't be angry with yourself. You are human, so take it as a lesson learned. One thing I've learned is that a person's tongue always reveals their heart and who they are deep down. God allows us to hear what's in them early on, but it's on us to listen. Another thing I've learned is that when we do what God tells us in His Word NOT to do, pain and disappointment will always come with it. Lesson learned!
Being too clean cut also keeps children from being socially acceptable too- saying this having been raised by a strict Christian grandmother. I was so controlled and sheltered that I had no life experience
I dated down and suffered severe heart break. Never again. Guys wanted a come up off me and was not with me for the right reasons and only wanted to use me. Better to be alone than settle.
I just got separated from a Jehovah Witness and it was very hard raising a kid with him because of his religion. Ps he was not practicing any religion wjen we met and after we got married he decided to embrace his faith and it was some very dark years with that religion.
If its dating down due to the woman having more finances, but the man is a man of character and integrity, then its a good thing imo. Woman can help him out
