Yes discharging is slow but It doesn’t bother me . I do not have any large packs and it has way more power for charging than I need . I have had this charger on for 2 years straight now. I would recommend.
Waste of money...99% of the time my battery's are already discharged when I come back from the field all i do is charge them in storage mode, so no need for this.
I know its been a while but i have purchased this charger a while ago and its loud as hell. Even charging at low currents and the temperyreported by the charger is like 18°c the fan goes crazy. Could it be a mulfunction? The speed isnt fixed tho, sometimes it spools up or down. It never stops. Its so annoying.
I wonder how it would compare to the new Atorch electronic loads what go up to 600W and 40A. I have a DL24/P at 180W and I'm happy with it (after upgrading its MOSFET)
I remember seing them a year ago, looked like 4 DTL150 or similar machines put together. =) They also have a 150W tester (DL150W ) but managed to add additional loads. Very cool! Why did you need to "upgrading its MOSFET"? Usually these machines has just one as the main load, did it fail?
it's a really cool charger.......it's a really cool charger.......it's a really cool charger.......it's a really cool charger.......it's a really cool charger.......🤣😂🤣😂😂😂😂
Also, thanks for this video. I didn't know the external discharger (for above 3.0A) could be used in only one channel.

That was great help, appreciate your demonstration! 👌👏👏👏

Does the iCharger not allow discharging of 1S batteries if you have a bank of power resistors attached?

Hey. Would you know if this can do cycles between charging and discharging? or do we have to set them manually?
No it cant, it does just charging och discharing
I see. Too bad. Thanks for the reply!!! Appreciate it.
Ultra Power make the worst smart chargers.
Failures are commonplace.
Do you have a good alternative?

Turnigy accucell chargers are / were superior.
Don't know if they're still made though.
@@makeitwork7522 Thanks. But are there also good quality chargers with a modern interface?
