Latest Update: Maruti has recalled some units of Ertiga because of a  suspected problem with the shoulder height adjuster assembly of the front row seatbelts.
Price: The Ertiga is retailed between Rs 8.41 lakh and Rs 12.79 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Variants: Maruti’s MPV can be had in four trims: LXi, VXi, ZXi and ZXi+. The top two trims have an option for a CNG kit as well.
Seating Capacity: It offers seating for up to seven passengers.
Boot Space: It has a 209-litre boot capacity that can be extended to 550-litres by tumbling down the third row.
Engine and Transmission: The MPV is powered by a 1.5-litre petrol engine with mild hybrid technology (generating 103PS and 137Nm) and is available with either a five-speed manual or a six-speed torque converter transmission. The MPV also receives a CNG kit, which produces 88PS and 121.5Nm.

Safety: Passenger safety is taken care of by dual airbags, ABS with EBD and brake assist, rear parking sensors and ISOFIX child seat anchorages. Higher trims of the MPV get a total of four airbags, electronic stability program (ESP) and hill-hold assist.

Latest Update: Maruti  has recalled several units of the XL6 for a faulty shoulder height adjuster assembly of the front row seatbelts.
Price: The XL6 is retailed between Rs 11.29 lakh and Rs 14.55 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
Variants: It can be had in three broad trims: Zeta, Alpha, and Alpha+, but the CNG kit is only available on the Zeta trim.
Seating Capacity: The XL6 is only offered in six-seater configuration. If you are looking for a seven-seat Maruti MPV, you can check out the Maruti Ertiga.
Engine and Transmission: Maruti provides it with a 1.5-litre petrol engine (103PS and 137Nm) with mild-hybrid technology, as well as a five-speed manual and a new six-speed automatic transmission. It also receives a new CNG variant with the same engine (87.83PS and 121.5Nm) but just a five-speed manual transmission.
