Is that transition at the very end of the vid a primary reason why? Not one but TWO of the 4 lanes abruptly ending with two other lanes coming in and then another lane drop? That’s as big of a bottleneck as it looks like, correct?
European Roads, how come the speed limit on the Malaga bypass is just 100 km/h if there are limitations to justify why that motorway cannot have a 120 km/h speed limit, if you do not mind me asking?

When this road opened there were many complaints about it being just 100 km/h and now I can see why.
What reason is there to justify this limitation being 100 km/h?
@@stephenryan2670 there is another highway the AP-7 just next to this one wich has a higher speed limit but you have to pay for it.
