- Situated in Nekkies, Knysna in the Western Cape region of South Africa, Judah Square is the second largest Rastafarian community in South Africa. The Rastafarian community forms part of our African heritage & Cannabis has always played an integral role in the Rastafarian traditions & religious practrices. In this video series we will take a deeper look into the lives of these communities. Over decades the Rastafarian community had to deal with the prohibition of Cannabis through oppression from authorities. We will explore how this battle contributed towards shaping new laws in South Africa which benefit everyone.
On this episode we will look into the lives of the people of the Judah Square community & showcase the majestic nature of the Nyabingi order.

ONE LOVE
I would say Rasta women are still oppressed by Rasta men - mostly because many Rasta men have more than one wife/woman and that's why many Rasta women leave the religion.
Your right, but the thing is many of them are okay with polygamy.
I would say that your use of the word "opressed" is quite eurocentric; in that, polygamy is a part of many African traditions.
Also not all Rasta men are like this. Personally I believe that despite InI saying that man is the head, it just goes to show the absolute humility within the divine feminine, which is represented as Christ the lamb, for she is indeed the original one, n InI can see that through genetics. Yet she elevated I by highlighting the divine masculine's uniqueness, which is represented as Christ the Lion of Judah. By doing so, InI serve her Itinually whether InI aware of it or not. But the fact is, her divine ordinance has elevated I, so she serves InI too. This is the delicate balance that was represented by Emperor Haile Selassie I Jah Ras Tafari and Empress Menen I.
Give thanks for Rastafarian everywhere in the world, Jah is real. Blessings to all true and faithful Rastafarian. Long live Judad Square
