So Josh started doing Satisfactory playthroughs since update 3, back when the space elevator asked for basic components for upgrades. It is mostly because of his game files that the game runs as smooth as it does. It's mostly because that your ABLE to build however you want, no matter how complex or chaotic your save is it runs smoother than Josh's saves.

while watching this video, my factory is just making the last few modular engines to finish phase 2 (all milestones and mam research up to this point are already done, except for the last two alien research), with only two rows of coal generators (but also 60 GWh of fully loaded power storage, a few thermal generators, and an alien power augmenter) and *_ONE single refinery that is allowed to only make jetpack biofuel_*_ but not touch any dirty oil._

Something to be of note, is that if Josh from Let's Game It Out build his first creations then Coffee Stain Studio's wouldn't have had the exposure they would have had. He has been instrumental in their advertising and testing of their engines, to the point they have his video's on their site showing off the game. It's just mind blowing to know that someone with an early access pass and the ability to push things past their limits has done so much for a game that's never really paid him as far as I know.
I love Let's Game It Out and his stuff, if you're going to review it, start from session 1... and l really appreciate his genius.

Arguably it was mutually beneficial. Let's game it outs content only took off with Satisfactory, prior to that his videos only had a few 1,000 views. So his crazy video mixed with a popular game and exploded his channel and also brought a lot of players to Satisfactory. I believe the Devs were also instrumental in getting LGIO to stream as well as they did co-streams a couple of times which was great to see!

My husband passed away very suddenly exactly 3 months ago, he was only 30. He spent his whole life being a massive CoD player. He'd keep buying these games to try but never stuck with any of them. Until one day he came in and saw me tinkering with Satisfactory in early access. It was the only other game that he actually put hours into and enjoyed it. I remember waking up for work one morning, finding him at his PC where he hadn't moved from the entire night and he excitedly showed me his extremely organized automations and told me he'd been watching your channel. Though I havent been playing it, or anything really tbh, Ive been watching your channel for the memories. I cant believe he died before 1.0 and before black ops 6. It seems like small stuff but it was stuff he really enjoyed and it feels so empty without him. I appreciate that you gave him so much motivation and inspiration for builds and stuff, he seemed really happy at the time. That means a lot to me, so thank you.

Knowing that I shared my passion and enjoyment for the game and in doing so others, like your husband found hours of fun and inspiration means a lot to me. It may be "small stuff" but the small moments are what add up and fill our lives. Thank you for sharing this and my thoughts are with you.

Watching you is awesome because of how neat you make things. I started watching your guided playthrough and I’m learning so much it’s really great.
Chaos is fun, but at the end of the day, the organised/tidy way is what works best. You just watch everything going, with a nice big storage room where everything is sorted out and signs shows what’s in the crates. This is what makes Satisfactory satisfying.

I actually learned how the game works because of his videos about the game before I bought it at update 5. Of course, I don't build the way he does, but the basics I was able to understand, and when I got in I knew what I was looking at and what did what. Thankfully, RUclips recommended you and Bitz next to his videos, so I used your videos about load balancing and recipes to build more efficiently (as well as the various other users with videos about curves and such).

There are reactionists who engage throughout the entire video, thoroughly delving into every nook and cranny of the content, then there are 'reactionists' who could be replaced by a mannequin without anyone noticing.
...and then there's you, who sits in stunned horror for 80% of the video, so completely--and obviously--unable to encompass what you are witnessing that you are powerless to utter a single word, your traumatized face speaking the volumes your mouth cannot speak, its contortions witness to the equivalent of watching one of the Great Old Ones making balloon animals in 'interesting' shapes for the Children of the Korn.
    Glorious. Simply glorious.

Fun fact: Josh played a major role in the development of Satisfactory by acting as a bug finder. The development team legitimately go out of their way to ensure Josh's old world was updated so they can continue to use it as a way to optimize and fix bugs that Josh finds. That conveyor tornado used to be so bad that it became a sideshow when he looked at it and now it's bearable to look at. By pushing the game to its absolute limit, Josh has helped the developers.
