I'm Asian, I have a different religion. I don't understand why one night I saw her in my bedroom after I woke up. I thought I'm seeing something scary in the dark corner, blinked my eyes thinking my eyes was just playing tricks on me. It's then I saw her, she was very pretty, standing in a praying position just like beautiful glowing statue. She didn't say anything to me, she just slowly dissipated. I was pretty shocked and shaken from the experience. Because she never said anything to me, I'm think I may have just hallucinated. However, that night I was really sad, lonely and depressed couldn't sleep.

It's properly "Our Lady of Good Event" It is a translation of the Spanish "Nuestra Señora del Buen Suceso" The word suceso looks like the English word success but it means event. If Jesus is Prince of Peace. I don't understand why Mary would ask the people not to pray for peace but make it themselves - when all is grace. I have never heard of Mary ever not ask for prayer for peace in the world - especially in our hearts.
My theory is because God works within us to create peace but we must have peace in our heart and act on it ourselves and act on it to thrive in this world. I had many hard times in my life (cancer, stroke, seizure) and only got through them because worked with in me. Now when I find myself in hard times I do not pray for the hard times to be taken away but I pray for the strength and faith to overcome the obstacles and face them in the way God intended. It is good to remember that in the koine greek language the NT was written in Faith is a verb. We must believe and be receptive toward God but we must also act on what we believe and receive from God. God can do anything but he also wants us to work as well. In other words God would give the people what they need to create peace but they must make use of the gifts they already have to create peace.

Not only do those in heaven pray with us, they also pray for us. In the book of Revelation, we read: “[An] angel came and stood at the altar [in heaven] with a golden censer; and he was given much incense to mingle with the prayers of all the saints upon the golden altar before the throne; and the smoke of the incense rose with the prayers of the saints from the hand of the angel before God” (Rev. 8:3-4).
And those in heaven who offer to God our prayers aren’t just angels, but humans as well. John sees that “the twenty-four elders [the leaders of the people of God in heaven] fell down before the Lamb, each holding a harp, and with golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints” (Rev. 5:8). The simple fact is, as this passage shows: The saints in heaven offer to God the prayers of the saints on earth.

I'm Asian, I have a different religion. I don't understand why one night I saw her in my bedroom after I woke up. I thought I'm seeing something scary in the dark corner, blinked my eyes thinking my eyes was just playing tricks on me. It's then I saw her, she was very pretty, standing in a praying position just like beautiful glowing statue. She didn't say anything to me, she just slowly dissipated. I was pretty shocked and shaken from the experience. Because she never said anything to me, I'm think I may have just hallucinated. However, that night I was really sad, lonely and depressed couldn't sleep.

It's properly "Our Lady of Good Event" It is a translation of the Spanish "Nuestra Señora del Buen Suceso" The word suceso looks like the English word success but it means event. The Spanish word for success is éxito. Lots of people get that confused. Hope that helps!

If Jesus is Prince of Peace. I don't understand why Mary would ask the people not to pray for peace but make it themselves - when all is grace. I have never heard of Mary ever not ask for prayer for peace in the world - especially in our hearts.
My theory is because God works within us to create peace but we must have peace in our heart and act on it ourselves and act on it to thrive in this world. I had many hard times in my life (cancer, stroke, seizure) and only got through them because worked with in me. Now when I find myself in hard times I do not pray for the hard times to be taken away but I pray for the strength and faith to overcome the obstacles and face them in the way God intended. It is good to remember that in the koine greek language the NT was written in Faith is a verb. We must believe and be receptive toward God but we must also act on what we believe and receive from God. God can do anything but he also wants us to work as well. In other words God would give the people what they need to create peace but they must make use of the gifts they already have to create peace.

What is this cult of Mary about anyway? Joan of Arc and Mary Magdalene are crowned with GLORY and HONOR in heaven. A crown of 12 stars is upon their heads. How do people know what the Virgin Mary looks like anyway? We don't even know what Saint Joan of Arc looks like (only vaguely) and she is the most well documented person from Medieval History. I have never heard of a Saint Joan of Arc apparition. Why the Virgin Mary? She was the surrogate mother of Jesus Christ. Why would heaven send her? Has heaven approved her to be sent? Or does the Virgin Mary speak and appear on her own behalf no matter what heaven has to say about it? Mary Magdalene and Joan of Arc are the Holy Spirit. Them being sent from heaven as Messengers/Paracletes makes sense. They proved themselves as Messengers/Paracletes while in human flesh form. How does St. Michael feel about these Marian Apparitions? Joan of Arc and the archangel Michael are practically conjoined at the hip. They work together as a team. Has the Virgin Mary apparition ever mentioned Saint Joan of Arc and Saint Mary Magdalene. If not, then I would seriously mistrust such an apparition. If the Apparition expresses her own desires, that also is a huge source of concern.
