2. What about the plumbing pipes for bathroom toilet and kitchens?
3. What about the electric conduit pipes?

1. It can be used but it will consume too much cost of your work, it is economical where repeated Structure is Casted.
2. For plumbing and other pipes, it is possible to create grooves, will have to pay extra, as per RMT
3. Same for Electric Pipes , Grooves will be used, and it comes with panels, on asked by clientt

Hi Bhai, ek bat batao,, mivan mein RCC block ka use hota hai kya,, mein pehla Ghar lene ki soch raha hu, builder bola Mivan construction hai, lekin inspection report mein lika hai Brick Wall Work,, and site pe Deka to wall mei RCC block Lage hue they,, can you confirm kya Mivan me 100% aluminium block mein cement se banaya jata hai ,,ya RCC block lagte hai?
MIVAN two types se builders use karte h
1. 100% MIVAN
- Column, walls, internal walls,slab.. sab RCC me hota h ( no use of blocks / bricks )
- Sirf bathrooms me block/bricks use karte h bus otherwise sab RCC ka hota h
- RCC wall pe directly, GVP or putty laga ke, painting kar dete h
- sab RCC ka hone ke wajah se aap future me internal walls me changes nahi kar sakte ho
( 1st condition me block/ bricks nahi use karte h )
2. Partial MIVAN
- Column & shear wall,Slab hi sirf MIVAN me hoti h (means RCC ka hota h)
- Internal walls and external walls me blocks / bricks use karte h
- so block/ bricks use hoti h isliye plaster bhi karte h wall pe then
Putty or painting work hota h
( 2nd condition Wale MIVAN me block/bricks use hota h )

is it possible to have modifications for under-construction building that uses mivan technology? like changing commode direction, electrical socket, or plumbing. Consider the construction is not started for specific unit.
Yes it is possible but take time to change the panels and making of panels as per requirement need time around 3 4 months
Or as discussed with the MIVAN supplier
@@DNDConstruction Not for a whole building but for just a single unit where direction of commode needs to be changed.

U need to do that basement parking area in conventional Shuttering ( ply Shuttering)
