D-Day is the "LIVE" day. it's a common countdown system. For example, there are 20 days until something is live, the countdown will be D-20 (20 days left until the day), it goes on until the day before the release, it's D-1 (only 1 day left until the day), and finally the day is D-Day. Suga already planned Agust D's albums a trilogy when he made Agust D, that's why counting from Agust D to D-2 to finally reached D-Day.
the scar is a big theme in the Agust D trilogy. Yoongi explained in several instances around this release that, the way he sees it, "every scar is made by yourself. Everything that happens depends on how you take it". The way I interpret this is that, while there are things out of our control (the negative, violent things that happen to us), we have agency over whether we choose to walk the path of trying to heal, or whether we carve our scars and carry them with us; it's whether we let the effect of the incident stay as a mark in ourselves or whether we decide to work on it. This is all about his relation to his traumas. Agust D is also a path of work in his self development, trying to understand his feelings, what is behind those emotions (eg the anger that is a trademark of early Agust D), and finding peace and stability. Oh, and btw, Yoongi said Agust D, Suga,... those are all him ultimately, so the character/ alter ego Agust D carries a part of himself that he observes from the outside as he gives form to it, maybe to have a better view of it and try to understand it.
MCA you aren't salt n pepper for no reason, trust that wisdom you've earned! You were not far from the truth in thinking that this is the end of Agust D. Although, Suga has stated that it may be difficult for Agust D to return as a persona, so not a definitive "he's never coming back". But Suga has grown as a person and he said he doesn't feel as much anger as what would be needed for Agust D to emerge. I still believe though that the "savagery" of Agust D is still present, he's just dormant, but every now and again we'll see him. Still, Min Yoongi is a whole person with many facets, he has just chosen as an artist to give his personas names so that he could freely express his art ... very smart and convenient for a genuine rapper-idol-producer. BTW, I do enjoy your reactions but BTS has soooo many layers to most of their songs that you will always be confused unless you also consume their interviews, written, radio, video, behind the scenes, explanations, concert footage, etc. IJS 🤷🏾 💜

Honestly without watching the disney documentary it's going to be hard to understand the songs IMO. But the don't grow a scar is referencing the scar you've seen in the trilogy of music videos. The scar of each character he killed was self inflicted due to trauma so it's not an literally injury. Also, he's stated that this is the end of the trilogy D-Day and possibly the end of Agust D as he currently has no plans to continue to release music under that persona.
A growing scar is like an open wound. You can open up a wound more and more, the more trauma you go through. He's telling himself "no more growing scars." He's done with that. His old scars are healed.
