The first drama of Jerry that I had watched for 9 years ago, I remember this one on aired in 2014. I really love it. Watch it again again, many many time. Jerry is awesome actor.

I watch this 10x I think. I can’t help it but it’s really worth it to watch over and over again it helps me a lot for staying awake 12 hours I’m working night shift as a carer. 😮 I love JY and TL best actors and actress well don to all the cast.

My sentiments exactly! The BGM accentuates emotions and adds color to the dialogues. I recently watched a short clip of this drama on another channel with the original bgm and the whole scene was so much better. 😊

Reading the praises of this movie below, I must agree. This is all- time. It can take you to deeper places in your own heart and your own experience than perhaps you have been willing to go. If you think about what is making these characters act the way they do, you will come into an amazing landscape of the profound difficulties that underlay the mystery of masculine - feminine relationships. I have watched some very wonderful Chinese movies, but this one is in a class by itself.
Have you watch Tears In Heaven ? I think you may like it also. it is like this, also a lot of plots that makes me cry also. you can feel a lot of heartaches between the line everytime the male lead was angry to the female lead. its nice, you can learn about business, family relationships, friendly relationships and the most when tears i heaven befall on them. Its nice.

I think you are the person who wrote analyses on each episode of this show, and I wanted to tell you how much I enjoy them. I really appreciate you taking the time to write what you think. It is an analysis I do not get to see ever. I thought you brought a lot of wisdom to your comments, and I have a hard time understanding relationships sometimes, but the way you lay things out really makes a lot of sense. Ultimately this is a drama, so I know it's not always very logical but I wanted to tell you that your comments made this drama 5x more interesting since I could try to look at it from your analysis as well instead of just at face value. If you have made analyses on any other shows as well, I would really like to read them!
This is gold, though I had a hard time liking the ML sometimes. FL will annoy some but is also understandable. The chemistry between them is undeniable. The little boy is adorable.

Rewiew by me. This story is for someone who likes romantic storys about rich ceo meets poor woman. His mother is really cruel, he is tossed between loyalty to his mother vs his son and the mother of the child. I would give this story a solid 3/5. Seen it two times. Perfect for the lazy weekend.

I never really watch C-Drama but my late mother used to watch this when she was still alive. She had this CD and was a big fan of Jerry Yan ever since 'Meteor Garden'. A couple of weeks ago, we celebrated her first death anniversary and it was very random that I suddenly remember a memory of her watching this on our TV. I was a child back then but my Mom was very moved by this drama, so I believe that this one is very good. I am rewatching it now for a couple reasons and one of them is to reminisce those times that I was watching her watch this series.
I love this movie and hate that mother from the beginning she doesn't know how to love her son only her lover. For the see end she should have passed. She never wanted son happy. Thats how I feel ,
This is a fairly good story for a modern drama. This is the first time I've seen Jerry Yan in a film. I thought he played his role well as Li Zhongmou a cold, self-centered, wealthy successful businessman transitioning to a loving and caring father and husband. I like the fact that he was always honest about his feelings for Mandy Zhang. Being obsessed with someone who doesn’t share one’s feelings rarely ends well. As for WuTong's character, her whining, and consistent ranting-screaming are annoying that make you want to tell her to shut up. Some of the reprimands between Li Zhongmou and his aid/driver were funny at times. Tong Liya needs to have her teeth fixed. Actors need to have good straight teeth so it doesn’t detract from their appearance.

I never really watch C-Drama but my late mother used to watch this when she was still alive. She had this CD and was a big fan of Jerry Yan ever since 'Meteor Garden'.
A couple of weeks ago, we celebrated her first death anniversary and it was very random that I suddenly remember a memory of her watching this on our TV. I was a child back then but my Mom was very moved by this drama, so I believe that this one is very good.
I am rewatching it now for a couple reasons and one of them is to reminisce those times that I was watching her watch this series.
I love this movie and hate that mother from the beginning she doesn't know how to love her son only her lover. For the see end she should have passed. She never wanted son happy. Thats how I feel ,
The music is louder than the actors. C’mon Chinese directors, take notice and surely you can improve the dramas.
This is a fairly good story for a modern drama. This is the first time I've seen Jerry Yan in a film. I thought he played his role well as Li Zhongmou a cold, self-centered, wealthy successful businessman transitioning to a loving and caring father and husband. I like the fact that he was always honest about his feelings for Mandy Zhang. Being obsessed with someone who doesn’t share one’s feelings rarely ends well.
As for WuTong's character, her whining, and consistent ranting-screaming are annoying that make you want to tell her to shut up. Some of the reprimands between Li Zhongmou and his aid/driver were funny at times. Tong Liya needs to have her teeth fixed. Actors need to have good straight teeth so it doesn’t detract from their appearance.
