Congrats to sticking to it....I started positive changes 7/23... baby steps before that.... I'm mostly focusing on eating better and working out daily... I'm doing that E2M....I love the workouts...I don't follow the meal plan bc i just don't want to.... can't wait to see ur next vlog...Layla is growing so fast... she's adorable 💕💕
