  • Kiel Alderink of Mental Golf Type joins me to help you master the mental game of golf with tips that will improve your preparation and thinking on the course to scoring betters! Take the quiz to determine your Mental Golf Type: www.mentalgolf...
We have entrusted the team of John and Kiel at Mental Golf Type with filling out the mental part of our online academy. There is no question that the best in the game strategize, prepare, and think at an extremely high level. This is key if you want to break 80 or make more birdies in an upcoming tournament. The pros know their misses, they know their strengths, have a consistent pre-shot routine, and trust the process. Of course, a caddie is a nice perk too! This part of the game can truly help you lower scores. And as you will see in the video, just by taking the quiz and implementing a few key principles from his Mental Golf Type, a member of our online academy broke 80 for the first time!

Wow. First time I've ever heard a golf coach talk about mbti integrating into learning and practice. No wonder I have been struggling recently. I'm an intuitive (ENTP) trying to play sensor golf!

Great stuff Milo. I am no expert by any means but I do believe what separates the winners from the rest of the pack is mental…in any sport.

It’s crazy how I played the game so wrong for my personality. Trying to get out of my own head when I need to be more in there just in a different way

Use 4 Corners Cannabis CBD. That's what all the pros use. Helps my game too!

    Hi Milo,
I just retired so I am going to have a lot of time to concentrate on my game. My plan is to play more tournament golf and this information is very interesting to me but I have not signed up to their program yet. Will you be creating a video for member site on how to blend this with the foundation videos.
As always thanks again for another awesome video

We will continue exploring ways to collaborate with Mental Golf Type and we added two new videos to the site on this. Ultimately, each individual is different and that's how their approach works.

I looked into this and can understand how most of this stuff works. You have to know what works for you, the challenge is continuing to make it work. Things just eventually creep in, period. It’s only natural, this is what keeps us at it. Then, like we have discussed before, eye dominance perception. It’s easy to get mixed up under pressure. One other point. The higher handicap has the most fun improving, as they can dust off 10-20 by just implementing consistent effort and strategy. But for scratch and better it’s mostly all about the putter. Frustrating. For me it’s just about staying patient. Rahm had trouble with this yesterday, it was obvious. He would have won going away if he got more of his share, which just didn’t come the last 2 days, yesterday especially.

I hate people that can’t get to the point even after five minutes in. C’mon, say your thing and if I’m interested I’ll listen to you backstory afterwards.
