Hey Stew I've been working out for two months two weeks and i went from a 155 bench,135 squat and a 245 deadlift to a 170 bench/squat and a 285 deadlift. This is two months into a three month cycle of weightlifting/bulking up.After the cycle is over i'm going into a one month cycle of "cutting",phasing out weight training and adding calisthenics to build strength for the Pst.After that 3 months of cardio. This is my plan so far.
Hey sir I was hoping you could give me a realistic timeline for how long it would take me to progress. I am 18 years old 180 pounds I workout at the gym 6 days a week and switch between running and swimming every day. I currently run a 12:00 for my 1.5 mile run but a 7:10 for my swim. Running is definitely not my specialty. The furthest I’ve ever ran is 3.5 miles. This is the only thing on the pst holding me back and I have improved some but am just wondering what distance should I be able to run before trying to make it to buds and how long it would take me to progress to that point. Thank you for your time and great videos! much respect
Great topic I sleep 3.5 hours a day with 3 jobs (Firefighter main job), so I make the nutrition better and better everyday so I can keep up on this strength phase #recoveryIsKey this schedule isn't forever though, it has a timeline for financial reasons but it's not healthy for a hellweek type lifestyle
@Stew Smith I have a question regarding building mass. On one hand, It would be wiser to build slowly, increasing the protein intake more than the total calorie intake or would it be best to just eat as much as you can, dirty bulk with mass gainers and then cut, but you still will need to decrease your calorie intake and eat protein, so which ones better by experience ? Thank you!
What to eat before bed time. Just have a little snack. Nothing with sugar or any high protein. You can just have some bread, have a little milk and a little bit of cookies. (JUST DON`T HAVE TO MANY)
Always love these, thanks Stew.
I love these videos! What happened to Jeff’s channel? Why are all his videos gone?
I wondered the same thing
I think he said he put them all on his website. You have to pay for the info now

@@liontribe1 I should correct myself.Instead of bulking up i meant adding muscle to my frame.I'm 170 now looking to be 190 200.
@@liontribe1 Much appreciated
WarHammer Gaming ok - sounds like a powerlifting plan.
WarHammer Gaming let me know how it goes - after the pst phase
Would be cool to know which program you're doing right now.
