Just for others knowledge ---- Dakota is a military transport aircraft so the pilot was alone there were no other passengers.
Ya it is but it is depend on your thinking because their is mentioned that pilot was alone so this is not correct statement that there were no passanger .......if there were no passangers than two or more maximum number of members is two in any plane it is military or it is passanger......

Let me be honest with everyone. When for the first time I read the story in NCERT, I think I could understand what the Black Aeroplane was & who was the pilot. In my opinion, these were protagonist's conscience & courage which unconsciously guided him.

Well, if you're a student of NCERT from 6th grade (or below) onwards, then you ought to remember a story in 6th class entitled 'Who did Patrick's homework'. If you're unable to recollect; go and enlighten yourself. You may find similarities with this current story. Moreover, you may also understand why and what I commented earlier. 😇✌️
you are correct, and there are also some stories where god has guided humans many times so the black Aeroplan can also be god. i think its god because he was lost in clouds and he has also lost his direction so how can his mind calculate the direction and go to the proper path where nothing is visible correctly and compass is not working, so i think that black Aeroplan guide was god, and also in the story he said that he saw face of the black Aeroplan pilot and u may already know that our brain cant make a imaginary face that it has never seen. think about it
