Hey! Vacation and my computer crashing got me a little behind but I have the Silhouette version up and am working on Lightburn and Illustrator versions now.

Are there refill papers for these that can be purchased do you know when they use all the paper so you can re-use the covers?

I don't think there are refills for these but you could always have them return the used one and pop the covers off and put the covers on a new notebook. Then you can discount that purchase since you won't need to cut new covers and it's really just the cost of the notebook.
