    Could you please share the location of the trails in kaushani?

    • @StepintheWoods
      @StepintheWoods  Год назад

      For sure. I suggest you start from KMVN, Kausani which in itself is quite big and full of nature. Right outside KMVN, you’ll see a trail going downhill to tea plantation. If you start walking from KMVN back on the main road, then a little trail will take you to a natural water source called Sarot in local language.
      If you keep walking on main road, then you’ll reach a trisection from where one path leads to Army campus. That path is also very beautiful.
      Finally, you should drive down to Rudradhari Waterfall and you would love that trail. We posted a vlog on that as well

    Where did you stay and where did you do birding? Please give details.

    • @StepintheWoods
      @StepintheWoods  Год назад

      We stayed at Kausani Best Inn. Its an amazing property. You can contact them at +91 84498 20462.
      The birding was done primarily on the main road right upto KMVN in one direction and Army campus on the other. A road leading to army campus is very rich in bird life

    very nice.. which camera and lens you used Sir???

    • @StepintheWoods
      @StepintheWoods  Год назад +1

      Thank You so much. I am using Sony ZV1 for vlogging and Nikon D850 for birds or other wildlife recording. If you are planning to buy one, please try ZV2 as ZV1 has major issues with image stabilisation.
