This journey can feel like a very lonely one for us Empaths, Lightworkers, Starseeds, Earth Angels.
This is why meditation is SOul important. When we go within ourselves, we are then able to connect with the Source of All that Is. How can we feel lonely when we are connected to All? It’s the outside illusions of Self and Ego, that makes us feel lonely.

I feel you my attempts are to alter the language for the beginners under the stress of learning new things, boundaries , or the courage to ask for help or clarity. It’s to help others to understand the knowledge vs just regurgitate the verbiage in a state of mental confusion.

It just hurts sometimes I've been fighting narcissist for 8 to 10 years and it's definitely been a lonely life but I'm still pushing through God has been on my side and the angels are on my shoulders ❤️
@@Jay2C I can relate to that. Walking in a new direction can be lonely and there is nothing wrong with wanting connections. I’m sure it’s much easier now to spot the red flags. Once you know you know and it can make it more difficult to open up again. Just know that you deserve the best of the best, the cream of the crop.

I understand where I went wrong. I apologize to those I e offended. Criticism is wrong but recording and playing videos having the instructor as the receiver to help explain and identify. Please I ask for guidance in my attempts to help improve the uptake of information clearly. I’ve been watching a few videos of some of the young men and it’s clear they can say key descriptive language but ha no idea what it means and limiting his ability to process what’s he working through causing a cascade of frustration.
I’ve been there
When I was young and early in my apprenticeship with the medicine woman that mentored me. I could repeat what she was teaching but with no true understanding.
