- Election Year Knockout totally flew under my radar in 2020, but it's an awesome punch-out game! The controls are surprisingly tight and there's tons of politicians to beat the hell out of lol. This is the second circuit of fighters you have to defeat to try to win the presidency after it was stolen from you the first time...

Oh for sure, one of the first games I ever played in my life. Was too young to figure out the arcade game but the NES game blew me away. Still member wreckin Tyson after so many fails. Too bad they had to rename Vodka Drunkinski to Soda Popinski tho...
@@JaysTavern apologies for getting back late, but the reason I ask is because it looks like the game has instant knock outs at a glance, I think if you haymaker the ram attack it might be a instant k.o.
@@DefinitelyFroggyDioBrandoplayed the game myself, jab’s a special case. There’s no more instant knockouts, and there’s only two instant knockDOWNs.

I honestly I believe the political characters were the best part.
Game is awesome! Though I do agree with others that the politics aspect is what made it really stand out
One thing you need to fix is the presidential birdie oart fight his attacks and birds are good but at the same time when you haymaker him he fells weak. Also for ex a oh if you troll her there's a small chance she eill use a suprise attack or sometimes us her kick twice

You could feel that mental, "Did the game just fucking lie to me?" after those failed haymakers on the cannonballs.

No, no, I've seen it in another videp: you *can* haymaker the canonballs. It'll sink the ship if you manage it, making the whole thing easier to manage. It's just hard as well to achieve.

I’m seeing a lot of Punch Out references in this game.
1. Jab Bush is like Glass Joe being so weak. Same for Team Bear 🐻
2. Trump gets KO’ed like King Hippo 🦛 being punched in the face and flopping back out of the ring.
3. Birdie Sanders is like Bear Hugger because he as an animal partner (the bird) as the accomplice.
4. Team Bear is like Bear Hugger and Von Kaiser cause they obviously have a bear 🐻 and he is stronger then Jab Bush but still weak.
5. Joe Biden is like Soda Popinski and Aran Ryan cause he wears the same outfit as Soda Popinski and at one moment he delivers one last effort blow like Aran Ryan.
6. A-oh is like Don Flamenco and Disco Kid cause she has the moves and she looks like she’s from Spain.
7. Pious is like Great Tiger because he’s floating and he has magic.
8. Captain Cransaw is like Aran Ryan and some of the Super Punch Out contenders because he brings two weapons into the ring. Cheater. 👎🏻☝️
