Interesting approach. Everyone needs to focus on their career goals and make decision about college and not just tags. Covid has really taught how life can be unpredictable. Work on yourself and thats been explained very well here!
@@proudindian9140 while switching your work ex and what you bring to the table matters. B schools sirf starting ka 2-3 years headstart deti hai. No one will hire an underperfoming IIM ABC alum.

Not a good decision i think 🤔 Because all the thinks in baby iims is better tapmi such as avg package at baby iims is 16lpa-19 lpa while tapmi almost 15 and iim tag is so important Wise decision will be when leave baby iims for imt imi mdi etc
Left GIM for IIM SIRMAUR this year.....WL for other New IIMs. Reasons for my decision:- 1) Establismemt of GIM- approx 25 years IIM sirmaur- approx 8 years. Today, there avg placement is almost same..So, IIM sirmaur is just 8 years old and today, it is standing with GIM and most probably, will cross it in a year or 2....But GIM has taken 25 years and IIM RANCHI, ,TRICHY,RAIPUR,JAMMU, SHILLONG 2008-2011 m bne h, and everyone is familiar with their progress... 2) Lifetime Guilt Of IIM Tag... Mein 2-3 lakh kam kamau, no problem but lifetime guilt is not worthit... As ketang sir also says- Branded for life..toh wo IIM hi dega.. 3) Director of IIM sirmaur.. He has taken his office on 17th may,22 and he was a founding director of IIM trichy and he was also the director of placements of IIM CALCUTTA and we know there progress.. So, these were the reasons that I left GIM over IIM sirmaur and other 3rd gen IIMs(bcse they are not bby at all)☠️.. Btw, best wishes to this gentlemen...❤️❤️

Tag and brand value tab pata chalta h jab market me jaoge...non IIMs have no value in market, placement ho jaega but switch krne me koi value nai h
