Having said all this ruthlessly I still consider the good islamic brothers and sisters of Pakistan as my brothers and Sisters. I will love them like my own. We share the same DNA.
The ball is in India's court. Choose between Bangladesh as a nation or Hasina as a person. It is better to extradite her to face justice in Bangladesh. India should respect the extradition treaty between the two countries. You are a country of rule of law, so respect and follow the rules. Hasina should not hurt India's relations with Bangladesh. Just extradite her. Say sorry to her and then send her back to face justice in Dhaka.
Bangladesh will be a nation only when there is an elected Government. Sheikh Hasina is technically still the PM of Bangladesh. Your opinion might differ with majority Indians. India never shakes hands with extremists like Nahid Un-Islam. He spoke of annexing Indian sovereign states. If he was a rightful student leader, he would have extended a friendly hand to a country that saved his mother being raped and killed by Pakistan army. You think MEA is dumb like you? How could some youngsters from Dhaka decide what is good for Bangladesh? Very same reason Indian Muslims and Hindus get more respect in Arab countries than Pakistan and Bangladesh Muslims. They recently shook hands with the rapists of their mothers and sisters from Pakistan. I too wish, in today circumstances, that India never wasted their money and effort to liberate Bangladesh. Shamelessly ungrateful country under Nahid Un-Islam and the NOBELIST Muhammad Yunus.

How can anyone still claim Sheikh Hasina is the legitimate Prime Minister of Bangladesh? If she were truly elected, the Bangladesh Army would support her without hesitation. The last credible election was in 2008; since then, every election has been rigged, with Awami League candidates essentially competing against each other. Such claims are either outdated or reflect allegiance to India’s interests under Modi. As for Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, his leadership after liberation betrayed the ideals of equity, justice, and freedom of speech. He banned political parties, initiated extrajudicial killings, and armed the Rakkhi Bahini to consolidate power, sidelining the national army. These decisions led to his downfall and a fate he ultimately brought upon himself. Sheikh Hasina has followed the same path, replicating Mujib’s authoritarianism over the last 15 years. Rigged elections, suppression of dissent, and undermining of democratic institutions define her regime. Ironically, while you avoided shaking hands with the Bangladeshi ambassador, Hasina aligned with individuals who celebrated Mujib’s assassination and even made some of them ministers. Hasina destroyed everything, from judicial system to civil admin to military. So, don't try to indemnify Hasina; relation will never improve.
76-year-old Hasina, who resigned from the Premiership and fled to India on August 5 following a mass uprising, now faces 11 cases, including eight for murder, one for abduction, and two for committing crimes against humanity and genocide, in Bangladesh. More than 230 people were killed in Bangladesh in the incidents of violence that erupted across the country following the fall of the Hasina government, taking the death toll to more than 600 since the massive protest by students against a controversial quota system in government jobs first started in mid-July.
It was a foreign inspired coup executed by extremists and she has been replaced by an unelected person. The violence that followed on the minorities was also organised. So it is the new regime that is illegitimate that has to answer for all this, not India.

Maybe her (Mukherjee's) only qualification is speaking English confidently, even if there’s nothing behind it! 😄 Our question was: Has Hasina been elected the last three times? If Hasina was elected, then a new interim government would also be legal according to the Supreme Court.
It seems you're an Indian with a functioning brain, unlike millions of Indians who don’t use theirs. A country's foreign policy should not be shaped by the pursuit of short-term benefits. The BJP has failed to make India a trusted partner and neighbor across South Asia. To divert attention from this failure, they engage in a blame game, knowing that many Indians are gullible and consume whatever the media presents. They misled the public by falsely claiming that India isn’t supporting the current government in Bangladesh, alleging that minorities (Hindus) are under attack. This is pure propaganda and outright lies. If minorities were truly under attack, wouldn’t organizations like Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, or the European Union have issued reports or warnings? The fact is, there have been no such reports because the situation in Bangladesh is not as they claim. For example, the media falsely reported that the home of Hindu cricketer Liton Das was torched, when in fact it was the home of Mashrafe Mortaza (the former Bangladesh cricket captain and MP of the fascist regime) that was set on fire. The media wrongly suggested that this was an attack on Liton Das due to his Hindu religion. This is just one example of how India’s media serves the BJP’s agenda by distracting from their failures, using misleading narratives to create division. As for Sheikh Hasina, she and her party are unlikely to return to power after committing heinous crimes over the last 15 years. For India’s economy and prosperity, it is in the best interest to strengthen ties with Bangladesh for mutual benefits. India should also apologize for its involvement in the BDR massacre and for meddling in Bangladesh's domestic affairs.

Bangladesh is a worthless country of fools, terrorists and criminals. Indians will choose Hasina, hands down.
Bangladesh will be a nation only when there is an elected Government. Sheikh Hasina is technically still the PM of Bangladesh. Your opinion might differ with majority Indians.

Without having minimum knowledge and information of the issue.
Think Bangladesh as Country First!
This is not Sikkim and have no chance to be any thing like that.
Otherwise there is no Fruit for any one!
They don't need the country to country relationship,,they only need hasina..so keep her and feed her..
Ms Mukerjee do you know how many people Hasina killed and crimes she committed? How pathetic are you talking in favour of her?
India is just friend of Hasina & India's interest, they never treat whole Bangladesh as their friend... (Proved)
One sided hypocrisy. Godi media 😂
India is in a lot of trouble😀 because of Hasina's departure, that's why India is spreading rumours🇮🇳😄
India is Hosting 75% of BAL
Mrs Mukherjee is not at all impartial to her statement. Not accepted.
You just can't mix the situation of dalailama with Hasina's case! Dalailama didn't commit genocide but she did. She has to be sent back .
Dalai lama too commited sedition under the Chinese law. He's also a criminal according to them. Don't you think?
@PankajKumar-ej5dt did he kill 1800+ innocent ppl? Did he have any connections towards the enforced disappearance of thousands of ppl?
Sheikh Hasina is different case. Giving her shelter won't do any good to India since she has committed crimes against humanity .
@@Zedx7t Yunus and his supporters also killed a lot of people since New Bangladesh revolution. Who is going to hold him accountable for that? Justice can't be done selectively.
You people are so hypocrites... Hasina is a biggest criminal but yet you talk for her? Not for our people. Good, it was required for us to know your nasty mind.
Remember, People are not going to forget your lies and hypocrisy
19. 75. Joy Bangla ❤ Joy Banglajoy ❤
Her father had the guts to face his assailant instead of fleeinng. Zia did the same. Even HM Ershad when was advised that armed forces no longer enjoy support he had had resigned. He did not flee the country. But Immediate past Premier Sheikh Hasina fled the country. She is aware of the consequence and decided to evade to India.
These two lady are talking very emotionally where they should talk on the contract that we have with them. And india should realise hasina is gone forever from bangladeshi people.
Bangladesh was only country who has good relationship with india as neighbour but now this country also gone.
So change your international policy. And focus on your own country.
If the razakars can make a come back after 50 years, so can Sheikh Hasina's grand childrens and India would love to facilitate that 😂😂😂
@@AjitKumar-lo9yu this is not laughing thing, 2,000 students were killed. Can you guys think out of indian mentality to International. Because this is a International matter.
There are millions of freedom fighter who is Against her. And my father also a freedom fighter. Wrong is wrong whether razakars or hasina.
And secondly its our matter and we are a sovereign country. Our court sent a notice to send her back india should gently obey. If india continues what they did past 15 years then they gonna pay price for it.
So, you think Hasina was your friend, not Bangladesh?
Is a shame for India, that's such a big Country doesn't have a good diplomats who understand 21st centuries foreign policy, I have to say that you're still in medieval time, Haseena maybe a good friend of India but she committed genocide against her own people now, as a low biding country as India should help Bangladesh throughout Justice process and get close to Bangladeshi people
Time has come for India to sit down and do some homework and revise your foreign policy, cause you cannot survive without good neighbours
India is not going to hand over Hasina to the Razakars who are back in power. If the ordinary Bangladeshis have forgotten the genocide, r@pe, atrocities committed by the Pakistani and the razakars then what Hasina did was peanuts in comparison. So this shall too be forgotten. Meanwhile your brothers can go ahead create different remember meet, plaque, statue, grafite etc at different places and it shall also be broken one day by return of AL in the same way the razakars had done recently. It is just a matter of time.
But I feel for the plight of Hindus and other minorities in all this Mayhem in both East and West Pakistan.
This is the correct time for India to hunt down Bangladeshi in India and kick out then or send them to detention centres across India. You have earned it 😂😂😂😂
This so called ambassador 😅😅😅
If Hasina did not resign then how hasina appointed president has taken oath of interim government formed Hasina fled from Bangladesh and india is keeping her illegally.
Did you see by your own eyes that hasona did not handed over her resignation to her own appointed president?
Essentially, Ms. Mukherjee reflects on the manner in which India perceives and navigates its relationship with Bangladesh.
If not Dhaka, then the case will be sent to the The ICC in The Hague - she will have to face justice, sooner or later. So what is this irrelevant panel debating here?
Madam ex ambassador Hasina was in Germany not in India when her family was murdered.why you people have to lie in every step?
Is Indian foreign policy is good?
Just a question.
A country’s criminal never can be save in India, India is a peaceful country.
India can send her back to Bangladesh If they are relationship with the people of Bangladesh.
Don't make fool India.
One political party's relation is bad there are so many political party in Bangladesh they represent the people of BD.
Why do you hold one hand (criminal Hasina)?
Hold two hands and make good relationship of B'desh.
Indian approach will positive?
Send her.
Should be positive?
My suggestion to the Indian government to extradition sheikh hasina to bring her justice, there is an agreement between the two countries
India was an active partner in Hasina’s atrocities against the people of Bangladesh… Consequently, they would do their best to evade any sort investigation or trial against Hasina or her abettors… even if it requires not honoring bilateral treaties or not… Bangladesh should look for other means to bring her and her abettors case in front of the international forum to get the due justice…
The lady (diplomat) still is in confusion as to what happened in Bangladesh. Try to accept the reality, which will help building our bilateral relationship. Otherwise, it will only increase the distance and force us to stop India's involvement into our national issues.
Well, you chose to trade off friendship with a nation with friendship with an individual! Bravo!
Well, India may need to decide whether they want a friendly relationship with the people of Bangladesh or not. It is their call. We hope they will wake up which will be good for the people of both countries.
She is a Woman of High Stature. A Value on Woman that musti be protected.
Being a former diplomat she sounds so naive and hypocritical. Harbouring criminals is not going to serve in the best interests of India nor Bangladesh. India need to choose between a person or people to people connection which will dictate the future relations between the two countries. Denying the fact that she is responsible for the mass murders won't deepen ties with India.
We Bangladeshi want criminal dictator Hasina back to face the charges for killing thousands of protesters by direct order by Hasina herself so India must hand her over to Bangladesh otherwise Bangladesh should cut ✂️ off all diplomatic ties with India ✅
Ms. Mookarji is talking rubbish.
Is Bassar Al Asaad Resigned officially??
Need this answer from the Horror Didi! 😂😂
Sheikh hasina ji ko saadi krna hi hoga modi ji. Hamari sheikh hasina ji ko apne ghar le kar rakhial banke rakha apne, ye ham nahi manenge, apko saadi karna hi hoga. Warna ham kathin andolon karenge.
Ambassador Mukherjee needed address points raised by the Bangladeshi speakers and not just blabber on about her own points. She is also misinformed on some facts. Not surprising.
Thanks, Major Reza for arguing properly. We know what most of the Indian politicians and diplomats are not neutral about Bangladesh's policy.
Mrs. Mukharjee please try to remember how Sheikh Hasina was elected and how extrajudicial killing was committed by her.
It is clear the Indians Govt. and their retired diplomat conversation, Sk Hasina was their employee and sent her from Delhi to establishe their ajenda. She did 70% of the agenda and back to Delhi.
