    As you have mentioned that in employee skills - talented ( wide) less talented (narrow) and task magt - repeatative ( wide) narrow in complex task
    Then my question is why can't it differs in skill of manager - means talented or less talented????

      You can... It's only one example... And manager most of the time use choose karte hai jo kabil ho isliye uske base par span of management decision kam cases me hoga

      @@managementmantrabydrbarkha8766 here my one more question arises in skill of manager lets just take an example of HR in coperate industry there are various departments like payroll, executive,T&d, documentation,etc in this case can we consider as Narrow or not??? Bez here managers are set according to skill sets
