All he needed was a some space, a square tank, fingerlings, feed and some quality water. This is a walkthrough to give you some information on how he started his sustainable aquaculture farm so you an do same.
In a rapidly growing catfish market in Ghana, the need for small scale farmers has greatly increased probably due to a change in taste of individuals and the need to improve on our food systems.

Yes you can culture them in that tank, but always have a pond for sorting as backup

How do bishop wash the tank when the fish is inside. Since he has only one tank?
Just use a brush to clean the top side and flush the water out while the fish are in the pond

How is he providing the fish with oxygen?
Most, if not all, catfish can breathe out of water. Catfish have a special chamber in their head that allows them to breathe atmospheric oxygen. While they may look like they are gasping for air, they are activating a mechanism that closes off their gills and opens their air-breathing chamber.
There's a complete water change is every 48 hours to recover depleted oxygen, the in-let pipe has been raised and perforated so that water entering the pond can aerate it through splashes.
@@DEADYASSASN there's a slight difference in how they gasp for air in a system especially when the oxygen level is low, they stay on the top and look uncomfortable
