Hello from Kobe, Japan! I've got exactly the same problem on my KHS F20-RC as shown in your movie. During my 400km cycling trip from Hiroshima to Kurume, it happened. I could solve the problem in the same way as you did. It is nice to see know-hows like that in your movie.
