Rammstein - Sehnsucht (Advance Mix)

Taken from the limited German digipak of the Engel single. A few of those digipaks had their tracks mispressed on the CD, including a different mix and unmastered version of Sehnsucht.

What stood out most to me was the bass on this mix. I never noticed the simpler pattern the bass plays during the chorus before.

Wow vocal track is totally direfent compared to album version! Where does it come from, is this from the famous sehnsucht demos casette sold on ebay? Are there any other songs too?

This is just from a mispressed Engel digipak. The Sehnsucht Safety Copy cassette doesn't contain any demos, the only unique thing on it is the version of Engel where Till sings Bobo's lines in the chorus. From memory I also think that Du hast and Engel were the extended versions, but don't remember.

-vocal processing different
-mix levels different, bass guitar is louder
-the resonant synth melody that repeats over the whole song doesn't resolve its motif on each repeat during the verses, only resolving at the end of each line of the song's lyrics
- the drum fill before the last section of chorus repeats is different from the final, more in line with live versions
-EQ and dymamics processing are pretty different

​@@CKT1138 The drum fill before the last section of the chorus is identical to the album version, it's just mixed differently here. Same with the overall the drum sound, it's also different to the album, so the fill itself is almost unnoticeable on the regular version.

El single Engel Digipack tiene algunas características trae un sticker en la portada algunos y tiene la curiosidad que el cd muestra menos tracks que lo que indica la contraportada ya que el track 3 y 4 están como una sola.
