Definitely my favorite big project you've done! It all came together so nicely and the beach/boardwalk area looks so cool at night! Especially the little food carts, probably my favorite part of the town. I would even call it "aEsThEtIc" or whatever. Anyway, amazing build and I hope I can make it to the grand opening tomorrow!

Maybe you could add some floors on top of the ocean and make the edges and corners a bit more curved for the realism. You could also add some rocks onto the flooring too. Also, I would suggest using the flat roof to create rocks by the ocean. That way it could be an ocean going into a cave kind of.
