"Within Head" does not appear to be editable for Moodle Cloud installations. Can you clarify please? Is there an alternative that I could use?

Hi, thank you for your message. You're correct-Moodle Cloud doesn't have this capability. If any modifications are needed, you'll need a self-hosted Moodle setup. Please feel free to reach out if you need any further assistance. Thanks!
