For all you guys who are like me and have the type of remote that doesn't have numbers on it: download a IR remote app on your phone. That was the only way for me to access service menu and get the hospitality mode OFF. You have restored Christmas peace of this house, can't thank you enough.
Nothing works. Nothing. My remote doesn't have numbers like your remote. The little tab button under my tv broke off so only way turning tv off is with my remote. Samsung what a cold piece of work
