For prower programmer role, you may not have assessments to clear. Just you have to do some courses in lex(Infosys) and certifications during training period

You can apply for nsr, before onboarding. Select registering at my own option at registration process. After joining in company, you will get employee id, then u can edit the profile in nsr profile.. no issues
Yeah for everyone training will be mentioned at Mysore. Even I got offer letter mentioned training at Mysore, but I got virtual training. Once reply all the mail you got offer letter by mentioning training is virtual or at Mysore.. You will get reply mail definitely.. give a try

Brother I selected for power programmer how much difficult for me to clear training process.
