  • Take a look behind the scenes at a Deviation Model and Dynamic Dashboards in the OPUS Platform.
Deviation Models can be trained to constantly predict the future state of critical processes and equipment, alerting operators when they start to deviate from a normal healthy state.
Alerts and insights from Deviation Models assist operators and engineers plan necessary interventions to keep complex processes operating smoothly.
Deviation models can be produced using VROC's model wizard, without any coding. Once trained, they can be put into production in our MLOps environment, constantly refreshing as new data from the process is received. The model can easily be visualised using VROC's dynamic dashboards, which allow operators and engineers to drill down to view all parameters impacting the prediction.
