What’s the equivalent guard size between going forward and going against the grain ? What’s the size difference to make a smooth transition with no lines? For instance.. if I’m coming down the top of the sides with the grain with a 3 guard ..I’m coming up from a 0 fade from the bottom of side ? What will blend into the 3 perfectly going against the grain going up ?… what’s the standard size difference in guards between going against and with the grain to make a perfect blend ?

Jeezy, why do you lift the front of beards to the point it looks unnatural? I prefer a more symmetrical beard line-up that fits the client. Just my two cents. Overall, excellent taper fade.
