I think the reason that any other stat is more popular than spd on boots is that most people are casual and they really don't care. I'm endgame player that cares about combat but i still don't know what's the benefits of spd. I just run spd because everyone say it's better. But honestly when i run atk on any of my my dps i just either clear in the same amount of cycles or do better than spd. Just what even is the point of spd? Also getting spd main stat on boots is way harder than atk. Let alone get double crit spd boots and roll good too

Whenever you proc resurgence she's basically two DPS at the same time, and since she gets buffs she's basically three DPS, heck might as well round up and call her four DPS! In addition since her trace reduces her chance to get hit by half, it means she reduces damage taken by a whopping 50%! Fu Who? Not to mention, you can't outheal Seele if theres no enemies to hit you, automatically making her better than Luofraud at sustaining. Seele will always be there for you and won't dissapear among a sea of butterflies like my dad did. In short, have you tried playing Seele?
I use characters as stand ins to hold my other sets when not in use. If we had load outs this wouldn't be an issue. On the other hand, it's hilarious, so either way
It's because Natasha is given early game so everyone builds her. Then absolutely no one plays her again when they get better healers leaving her with her original gear. That's why no one has speed boots. 26% playing her right 66% never touched her again and the rest are rocking defence and attack boots haha
I use Natasha with HP% instead of speed, ERR% rope and Post-Op LC (+%ulti healing and +ERR%). For me its better because Nat recovers her ulti super fast (requires 90 energy) and when used all characters health are fully restored (even if in red).
Herta is surprisingly strong. I was using her earlier today on calyxes and weekly swarm boss and noticed she was doing 200k attacks casually. My Argenti can't even do that without lvl 2 ult plus buffs. I bet the people using quantum orb on her probably didn't even notice she's using the wrong orb because her damage is still good.
You know at 3:40 it doesn’t matter that you’re out of Hellscape. Hellscape doesn’t generate energy. You can just press it, then ult. You’re only losing energy just because the stacks don’t line up, but you can’t really control that when the enemies attacking you there are what set your passive meter.
