I agree about the sensory overload thing. I get that just from watching the gameplay, not even playing it. Too many things on screen. If I do get this game, definitely not a launch but sometime in the future, I will be turning a lot of those things off.

Good luck avoiding spoilers for the story. I might just watch a let’s play as this doesn’t look worth my money. Not bashing it but, I’ve never liked games like these.

Im definitely VERY glad they added the option to turn off the damage xp and stuff, that was one of my big complaints about gotham knights also
Overall it seems like a very fun time and ill definitely be doing multiple playthroughs with my friends.
I also cant wait to see the arkham verse justice league in action and where the story leads
I don’t think you have played Gotham Knights, because you can definitely turn off damage numbers if you want.

Gotham Knights is actually fun. I just wished they fixed batgirls traversal to where she glides like the Arkham games cuz you barely go anywhere when gliding!
So you can turn off HUD elements for this game?
I loved being able to use no HUD during the Alpha. Best way to play imo. However, i noticed it was kinda hard to figure out where to go without a map if you didnt recognize any landmarks. I hope they made it to where you can keep everything off but a checkpoint or something
I already mentioned this in another video but to me the gameplay reminds me of Sunset Overdrive where you have only a few safe spots, there's a few civilians running around and everything else wants to kill you.

If the justice league survive this game, I would love to see a follow-up game that deals with the league's guilt of what they've done under brainiac's control, and dealing with a world that now sees them as villains

O totally agree, It would be possible for Rocksteady to make a Wonder Woman game after Brainiac's invasion, the world would not see the league as heroes but as vigilantes, and there would be a threat that could destroy the world, but the government would implement a system where they could act with permission

I think in one of the dialogues they say that most of the people are actually held on the ship, and that the remaining civilians in the city are the last 1 percent
I agree with some of the small complaints. I feel the sensory overload could be a problem for alot of people and they could just make some parts of the city not as chaotic. Problem solved. Honestly just looking forward to playing it regardless because im waiting on new game plus for spiderman 2 and this could help with that wait. Then ill be playing both quite a bit

The only thing i didnt really like about traversal was the cool down bar. Deadshots jet pack is so fun i just wish they didnt limit how often i could use it
Pretty sure you can upgrade movements through out the game, either via loot or with skill tree
It’s because there’s a skill gap to it. You have to chain your traversal with jumps and slides to extend your distance.
Literal flight would be really hard to balance fights around
It's a lot more fun and skillful having to bounce off walls and stuff, makes the jetpack more fun than I thought it'd be.
It was so nice to hear Kevin again as Batman and this game personally looks exciting and I can’t wait to play it
Sunset Overdrive immediately comes to mind watching the gameplay. If I'm being honest, it's what intrigues me most.

People are complaining it's too dissimilar to Knight's freeflow combat system...but as a major fan of Sunset Overdrive myself I honestly don't see the gameplay as a problem lol
this is one of those games that would actually make sense to have some sort of puzzle mechanic when taking down a major boss. it would've been interesting to have a bit more complexity in the fight when taking down JL members other than just straight up shooting guns at them until their health pool runs out.
One thing I liked after playing the Alpha is that if you are playing solo, you can switch characters on the fly. No backing out to play as another character. 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾

thanks for your preview; i have a question concerning those invites for test the game earlier, especially this one; was there someone to guide you, and get your feeback; feelings and "complaints" about the experience; and if yes, does he adress the issues or does he evade the questions? Metropolis looks beautiful just like Gotham in Knight
Simple question: can you explore the city freely just by walking? I'm curious about the open world bit

Since it's just a video game at the end of the day, I'm eager to play something new and see what these developers have worked so hard on. I know everyone will have their opinions, but I'm still excited (though I do hope we can play as Batman in a surprise mission similar to how Venom was playable for that one mission in Spider Man 2 lol).

Bro, ign lost me when they complained about not being able to hit flash in his boss fight 💀And they didn’t even talk about gear and stuff like that really. The smaller creators definitely did better. The melee finishers, traversal system and gunplay feels and looks really satisfying. Cannot wait for february 2nd!

Having played the alpha this game feels AMAZING

This game is absolutely going to be a big flop. Idk what the hell you are talking about. I’ve also played the alpha on ps5 and repetitive missions and a lack of skill tree made the game boring and story looks horrible according to the leak. Mark my words.
Yeah if you have played the alpha you understand what caboose is talking about regarding the traversal and just gameplay in general. That's the main reason I'm still hopeful for the game despite all the criticism from people on the internet.

I agree the gameplay itself is a load of fun and that's what really matters. And the story seems really interesting and the dialogue is hilarious. All the live service stuff can just be ignored, you can play through the story and then stop, like every other game.
Great video! Super fair tbh I was on the fence with this game and I honestly got so hyped watching gameplay months ago. Overall awesome video man. I remember years ago I was acting like ass towards you when I was younger and got blocked on Twitter for it hopefully one day you will forgive me for that. From what I’ve seen these past few years I can tell you are a chill dude.
I was totally hoping this was going to be like Borderlands in terms of gameplay in some aspects considering the type of game it is and hearing you mention that this hope was the case has me a little hyped. This is like the only game I have been actually looking forward to in the past two years
I hope we get to have different endings and we have to do specific things during boss fights or before the boss fight to save the justice league. Or maybe it has to do something with Wonder Woman and flash bc her lasso of truth temporarily uncorrupted flash. Maybe she has to keep some of it on him so he can go back in time and work with the suicide squad to prevent brainiac from controlling the others or maybe play on the hardest difficulty and we get an option to save or kill them

I understand people critiques of the game from what we’ve seen so far, but I really do think this game is going to be extremely fun to play! ESPECIALLY playing co op with friends, that’s where this game will really shine. Jumping around with your homies one of you teleporting with Boomerang, the other flying next to you as Deadshot. Just seems super satisfying

Honestly even though im not looking forward to the gameplay the story looks incredibly interesting and if the rumors are true i hope Rocksteady uses this universe to bring us the other heroes of the DC Universe
Based on what’s going on outside…no smart human being would be walking the streets of Metropolis at that time. They would have evacuated the city or stayed inside. So seeing any empty city doesn’t bother me. They just need to have enough enemies and side missions to keep me busy. I’m just ready to get the game and try it for myself. I expect the story to be good.

Sensory overload equals more fun for me, I love the choas! Glad we can turn off most of the GUI stuff though, but that's common nowadays anyway

Since I’m new to having a PS5 I’m a huge fan of the suicide squad for me the game look awesome but I would have to play it or have more updates about the game from you thanks for the sneak peak 😊
I'm still gonna wait till a major sale and if/when they get the offline mode patched in because I mainly don't feel comfortable paying $70 for a live service title that could be effectively rendered unplayable if it fails to meet Warner Bros expectations

I got access to the closed alpha and beta and really enjoyed it. I am buying it on day one. Plus I am glad they plan on adding an offline mode.
When I was able to play the beta I was able to play as all 4 I would rank each member from best to worst as King Shark, Deadshot, Harley, Boomer.
You definitely right about the traversal, once you learn it it's really dope. & The gunplay is real fun especially with Deadshot. Caboose you definitely right about the fast pace when your getting swapped by enemies it gets absolutely wild & fun.

Hopefully with the ability to turn off the heath bars and the damage numbers you are also able to clear some of the sensory overload on screen, like a hud customisation otherwise this to me isn’t a big deal because I’ve played many games with as a problem and I still had fun playing the game, after a while you so get use to it but it would be greatly appreciated if they did add some type of settings to make it your own, super hyped for this game and can’t wait I put a cap in the bat 😂
in uncagedgamez video he did ask the developers if you could do that & they said you could turn off the hud but to what extent is still up in the air unfortunately Lol

A sick dlc or post launch content is maybe working for ways to bring back members of the justice league it would be cool if the bat family were mad you killed Batman and you have to fight against them as post launch content

As an alpha player not seeing a single slide (which refreshes the traversal cooldown) hurt my soul
I plan on getting the game at dome point. Maybe when its on sale. The only downside to that is missing out on the first few battle passes. And not getting those rewards

I know there aren’t really any speedsters like reverse flash or zoom in the suicide squad and we already kinda have one in boomerang, but part of me still is hopeful for a dlc playable speedster who is not only faster but is a brawler rather than a weapon user.
They could’ve added. Such a better squad like reverse flash , deathstroke , bloodsport etc even with the original 4 it just would’ve made more sense

This review is more promising than IGN. They just had a guy who just hated the game, sounding like an opinion. But Caboose was critical, he explained really clearly the ups and downs.
One question I'm not finding is if I level up One character is the XP share between all 4, like Gotham Knights Or do I have to level each character individually because if they're not sharing, xp why would I wanna change characters to start a level 1 on higher level content.?

I tend to diagree with Caboose often this time I am in full agreement on the combat being fun overtime easy cut your brain off fun. I also feel like the game does feel a lot like borderlands. Traversal is great with all characters. They really did try to make this game work. The city is dead and it makes so much since, I think once we clear certain areas we can bring the city back to life. This story is great coop

I honestly would like to get this game for the story but I don't like the live service part but I did hear after the game comes out they will be adding an update at some point where they will make it to where you don't have to be connected to the internet so I will wait for that update before getting it....plus I got 2 games I'm getting 1 this month and next month so wouldn't have time to play this game

I've been saying this since the start: the gameplay looks fire. The movement in combat looks smooth as hell. There is so much potential with this combat system. I think if they have things that let you "play with your food," such as gadgets and/or cool abilities this game can be on par with The insomniac Spider man games combat.

If they marketed this as like a spiritual successor to sunset overdrive and not “the next Arkham game” then they’d have a lot more success going into the release
I’m sure this will have some buyers. Not me I think. I loved Arkham but this looks like they have very little in common with this game. It looks like Avengers, more than anything else. Hope it doesn’t tank Rocksteady’s rep like Anthem did Bioware, because I want them to survive to go back to their good storytelling single player games.
I’m so excited for this game. A good story. Good gameplay. I do understand the clutter on screen. Hopefully they add options to the settings like. Turning off the symbols that show up on screen every time you blow stuff up. Because for some people. They won’t be able to play due to the stress on there eyes. But hopefully we get setting options like that. I’m also hoping we get an open beta before the game launches.
In uncaged's video he told his complaint about that to the developers and they said there is a way to turn off hud elements in the settings. How many options is anyones guess right now unless someone got more information on it but they do have some options on it.

People just need to stop junping to conclusions about leaks when we dont know the full context. Like they trusted rocksteady in the first place. I played the Alpha and had a Blast with it. I did turn off numbers and bars cause it was a little too much for me. But im excited for this game
