Because one time I had hp motherboard where by without cmos powers on but with cmos no
I checked and traced all RTC SECTION IT WAS OK, EVEN I REPLACED WITH BRAND NEW CMOS ALSO PROBLEM PERSISTED.
PLEASE SIR IS IT INTERNAL PCH RTC SECTION WHICH IS FAULTY
AND I NEED TO REPLACE PCH CHIP
