Because one time I had hp motherboard where by without cmos powers on but with cmos no I checked and traced all RTC SECTION IT WAS OK, EVEN I REPLACED WITH BRAND NEW CMOS ALSO PROBLEM PERSISTED. PLEASE SIR IS IT INTERNAL PCH RTC SECTION WHICH IS FAULTY AND I NEED TO REPLACE PCH CHIP

This is same problem with all lenovo i have done some times its work some time dont its the problem no display
Same problem could be due to many reasons. So don't be stuck with only one reason 👍. Follow from the basics.
lid switch is short
No it's not the case... It's simple CMOS cell problem
