You should adjust the cars center of mass by shifting some weight from the front towards the back. Try installing neon underglow lighting on the rear only. This'll put a bit more weight over the back tires helping them hook up a bit more. Also make sure you're not using keyboard and mouse as they don't allow you anything other than 0% throttle or 100% throttle.

It is easy. It’s the AI cars blatantly setting up to try and hit you. I’ve had cars phase into existence solely to hit me. I’ve had cars in the other side of traffic veer into my line (I’m on the right side of traffic) and hit me. Don’t get me started with intersections. I hope GTA6 gets rid of this, or lessens it. It’s ridiculously unrealistic.
