All participants are potential winners and favorites - because they are among the best in the world. A nomination to the Emperor of MiC is like a spezial award! We pay for a flight to Austria and all hotel expenses. In addition, the nominees experience a great week here with parties, events and city tours. Together with the "Beatboxfamiliy" for one week - this is the real award for everybody! They also take part in the winnerconcert - because they all are winner and amazing artists. :-)
i love these vids! don't stop posting them!!!! all of the beatboxers in here are amazing and you should keep posting videos to make beatboxing more worldwide!!!

@supercrazy that is the right attitude. Diligent practice exercise, and believe in yourself, then you can move mountains. Beatboxing is a form of art, regardless of the money, technical aids or external events. It depends only on the self-motivation, how to make your creative ideas into beatboxing converts. And you also need a bit of courage to present your learned skills. :-) good luck
Sometimes I don´t understand dislikes at youtube - maybe it is easier for these peoble to press this button, than to write a konstuktive criticism :-)
on the other hand it motivates us even more to post a lot of videos from the Event 2012 and it encourages us to make Emperor of Mic 2013 even greater and mutch more exclusive. We have already started with the realization and implementation of EoM 2013 :-)))

and he is also much better at longer performances, like the ones on his youtube channel. i agree he is getting much better in the battles like this, but you are right, he does need to step it up a notch. his routines are very clean and precise, and have a nice flow to them as well. i like to see when people aren't so bloody biased and think anyone besides their favourite sucks. i like comments like urs :)

My apologies for bringing it up. I understand it was frustrating. I quickly assumed that you will make it again but of course you do whatever you want to improve this event. Better to work on bringing a bigger and more diverse audience. The thing is Emperor of Mic is doing so great and you step up your game every year that I didn't really think it through that you could have problems with sponsorship. I believe this is one of the hottest beatbox competitions.... -

Okay everyone, seriously quit asking for Reeps One. Reeps is my favorite beatboxer, but he doesn't want to compete normally because he's on tour. I'd love to see more battles with him, but he is more worried about getting his career on the road. Emperor of Mic isn't going to force him here. They have to be willing to compete to be in the battles.

Babeli is such a professional beatboxer with a very unique style, but in my opinion in this battle krnfx was a piece more clean, musically and in time...
BTW i was live at the EOM and the quality of the sound system was amazing, terry's new bassline was incredible (see at 5:22)

Terry's steadily showing more and more of his new stuff. People seem to react the best to whatever his newer stuff is. I think he needs to just kick it up a notch and then he'll start being able to make it farther and showing what he's really made of. I like his routines, but the general consensus is that his rounds are generally too routine. If he shifts up to the next gear I think he'll do great. Just my opinion. Sick battle. Both great as always.
Babeli was definitely the right person to introduce Krnfx to Europe.

@supercrazy - you need no money for EOM 2013. You only have to win the wildcardcompetition 2013. This year it was a chance from 1:60 - to win. If you are the wildcardwinner 2013, then you have made the big step to the battlestage. We will pay for a flight to Austria for you and all hotel expenses. If you win the next EoM, then you will get a place on the jury and will be invited to The Emperor of MiC at our expense every year. :-) It´s only one step (without money) - ask T.How from south korea.

i remember i watched this 2 days ago and i was thinking that krnfx should have won but watching it again i agree with babeli winning. Yes Krnfx had more technical beats but babeli's beat just all fit together he didnt just start a new beat he built up to it. Though i'm a big fan of both, babeli took this one.

if it sounds like skiller, thats amazing! skiller is one of the best beatboxers in the world. I know krnfx can do better, but he's a lot better at something more like 10 minute performances, like those on his channel
